Sam has been amazing through the whole process as first time buyers not having the best idea of the process. From first contact made we had an assessment with her within 2 hours completed. She processed our AIP and we had an outcome of this within a couple of hours. Our mortgage application and formal offer was also done very quickly and efficiently. Contacted Denise Francis in January asking if she could act on my behalf to source a mortgage and she did not hesitate to begin the arduous task. She spent many hours searching, asking questions, dotting the 'Is' and crossing the 'Ts'. She worked relentlessly until she was successful in finding a suitable and affordable (the most important part of it) mortgage. What was even greater was the fact that the initial offer in principle did not leave a "foot print" on my credit score. All initial applications made by her produced a "soft search" which did not affect my credit score. What else could I want. Communication on progress was constant, where at one time I was not going to answer the phone. I thought it was too much contact. But I did and I am glad I answered because she came back with great news. Would I recommend her? Without hesitation. In the word of Tina Turner "Simply the best". And, yes. I had approached other lenders before going to her. She came highly recommended.

Zara Walton has been great with our remortgage, providing us with impartial details of different options and clearly detailing them to enable us to make the most informed decision.
