Brunel Mortgages have always been so helpful and my recent visit was no exception. They offer very friendly help and advice. The whole process from making my initial call has been excellent. Chris takes time to understand your needs, whilst the whole team are there to offer support and answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

Finding a mortgage for us was not as easy task due to having an existing second charge along with a number of debts to clear following a series of home improvements. Chris has done it again. This week it came to time to renew my buildings and contents insurance - on my own property and on a rental. Chris sorted it all out within a day and saved me around £250 on the previous year (when I hadn't used Brunel!). Every time I use Brunel Mortgages (they have arranged two mortgages for me, along with Critical Illness and Life insurance and now buildings and contents), their service has been second to none: quick, friendly, easy, very stress-free and they will always go the extra mile to get the best deal. In an increasingly 'computer says no' world, dealing with someone for whom this is their personal business and an area of real expertise to boot, this is everything.

Excellent service and help. I telephoned to obtain a landlord quote for building and contents insurance. Chris was extremely helpful. He provided details of what would be covered in the policy and the excesses that would apply. He also very willingly contacted an insurer several times to check and ensure points that I needed to have included in my policy would be fully covered. My current insurance for the next year had increased by £150 and Chris found an insurer that was only £50 more expensive – a saving of £100. I would definitely recommend contacting Chris at Brunel Mortgages for an insurance quote. He may also be able to save you money.
