Charlotte and Jen were both absolutely amazing at helping me and my partner secure our mortgage. We were expecting to have to wait to be in a better position, but Charlotte was able to get the ball moving for us straight away, and we got our mortgage secured extremely fast. Always only ever a phone call away and nothing is too much hassle. Really approachable too, which is exactly what you want if you’re not always sure what you’re meant to be doing or if you need help.
