Dealing with Nick, from Mortgages Explained, was always very straightforward. From the word go he explained everything that would be needed from me and what to expect in return. Whenever I emailed, Nick was prompt to respond and always supplied any information I needed. I believe I was sold the right product and all the info was easy enough to understand. Nick was always easy to get on with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend. Next time I need a mortgage sorting out I will get in contact with Nick.

Mortgages explained made what We thought impossible possible. Having BAD credit it was looking very unlikely We would get a mortgage, We had a conversation with nick gunning explaining our situation and he took the time to understand our past situation and our financial standing. Nick explained that it was unlikely we would be able to get a mortgage at this time due to our recent credit history but was happy to help and set to work straight away. Nick was always contactable day and night, himself and his colleagues kept us informed all the way through the process and went above and beyond in securing our first mortgage and allowing us to move our lives forward. Nick Gunning helped me through buying my first house, he was informative and helped me understand the process in buying my first property and even the terminology in which I was not clear on. Along with his colleagues they continued to chase my Solicitor and feed back to me more information than my solicitor.
