Me and my partner recently used the mortgage guy and specifically Alan Anderson when purchasing our new home. As first time buyers he was excellent in guiding and explaining to us each step of the process. He got a unbelievable mortgage offer and I felt like he was always available to answer any questions we had. He also helped us pick out protection and gave us lots of options that suited our needs as well as our budget. Overall I couldn't speak highly enough of him during our entire process and highly recommend him and the company.

I just want to say how amazing Tim has been in every department when it comes to mortgages. 5 years ago with my first mortgage and insurance cover he was brilliant, all the advice given and no question was a stupid one which was lovely. Both Chris and Lorraine are great people, their attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. Any queries, issues or concerns they are happy to help. The amount of times I've rung up for advice I might as well of had them on speed dail. They really do go the extra mile and it's the little touches like sending us flowers when we had the longest remortgage in the world (thanks to changes in solar panel t and Cs) which makes then stand out. We will never use anyone else and would 100 % reccomend them for all your mortgage needs, you won't be disappointed.
