Massive thanks to Tom and Gina for helping us with our remortgage. Gina was great when setting us up at the beginning of the process and answered any questions that we had. Tom was amazing throughout the whole remortgage and always kept us informed of any updates and changes as they happened. He was always available to answer any queries we had and communication was always great. Unfortunately our first deal didn't go ahead due to an awkward lender, but Tom still went out of his way to work around this and ensure that we still completed on time within a short time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ThreeSixty Mortgages to any family or friends and look forward to using them again in the near future.

We recently dealt with Tom at Three Sixty Mortgages and we could not recommend him highly enough! For approx 11 weeks we were going back and fourth with 2 previous advisors, who informed us we could not proceed with a mortgage application until my partner was off of furlough. After being recommended to Three Sixty Mortgages by a friend, we decided to get in touch and see if there was any way they could help us...and help us they did! Within an hour the team were in touch with us and within less than 24hrs, Tom had processed our mortgage application. Around 10 days later we had our mortgage offer...despite being advised elsewhere that this was not possible! So we were extremely over the moon that Tom had managed to sort this for us, especially with such a quick turnaround! The communication was excellent and Tom was very reassuring that he could get it done for us and being first time buyers, we felt with Tom that no question was a silly question. He has helped us from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier for us despite our previous issues. Our only regret is that we didn't go to Three Sixty Mortgages sooner! We were looking for a mortgage that would allow us to offer a self contained apartment on the ground floor of our house as an Air BnB rental. Normal searches were turning up a blank, however Tom was able to source a couple of options from the network of contacts he has with the providers, with the one we selected being at a rate which we didn't think was going to be possible given the scenario. I purchased a new build at Sherford. After speaking with the financial person at Sherford (I don't recommend him as he was very rude and lied to me) I thought I'd speak to another mortgage advisor. After speaking with Tom I was glad I did. For me being a first time buyer on my own I was a bit nervous as I wasn't sure how it all worked. Tom made things very clear and simple so I knew exactly what I would be paying monthly and what I needed to do to complete my purchase. I also used the help to buy scheme. Speaking with friends I heard that the paperwork for this was not straight forward and they had there's sent back twice. Tom did all of my help to buy paperwork, including sending it all off, this all ran smoothly. Tom contacted my solicitor and Bovis to sort all paperwork that side of things which also ran very smoothly. I can't recommend three sixty mortgages enough. He also got me a very good mortgage rate! You've nothing to lose by giving him an email or call to get the ball rolling! A very friendly relaxed office with all the knowledge and expertise required :-)

My first experience with bridging finance (completed during lockdown) was easier than I thought it would be thanks to Three Sixty Mortgages! As a relatively new property investor, this was my 4th BTL and first-time using bridge finance. Using bridging finance gave me a way to buy a refurbishment project and be able to act like a cash buyer. David & Three Sixty Mortgages were recommended to me by a friend and I had also heard of them through property investor networks. Initially David looked at my objectives and end game and then the best finance available to achieve this. I knew I was in safe hands as David is not only specialises in property investors, but he’s also used the Buy Refurbish Refinance strategy for his own portfolio and is very experienced. During our meetings we reviewed the property itself, the potential for profit, the schedule of works and it’s end value. David sense checked the figures to make sure it all stacked up and looked at the refinance options for when the property was finished. This all happened quickly and within days terms were agreed with a lender and the application underway. Three Sixty’s case manager, Gina, was a great help with various items required by the lender and gave numerous updates throughout. She is definitely on top of the lenders, solicitors and client needs! During the process we also reviewed other property opportunities and both David & Gina were happy to help and quick to reply to my questions. They’ve been so valuable to me as I try to expand my portfolio, despite all the lockdown challenges that we’ve had. Now on to the refurbishment and refinance to raise some further capital for the next one… A simple rule I live by is take advice from those that have been there and done it. Before being put in contact with Tom at 360 mortgages I had been rejected a mortgage application through the company recommended by the developer. This is due to a complex employment history with multiple self employments and part time employment. I was put in contact with Tom and within a day he had come back to me with a mortgage in principle.
