Recently called to update a Landlords Policy, the call was answered within 10 seconds without the need to go through an automated service which I have experienced with other companies and it can take several minutes before you get to speak to someone. My enquiry was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Service from Jayne Whalley at 3xd was fantastic. When my tv and hifi was destroyed by power surge, I a ran into problems with couriers and repair company but Jayne at 3xd took hold of the situation and quickly sorted things out keeping me updated on progress with regular calls. I'm very pleased at how In Jayne and 3xd handled he situation and I'm very pleased with the outcome.
