Couldn't have asked for more. Being a first time buyer having no clue where to begin, we were guided throughout the whole process with no unanswered questions, complete 100% transparency from the start and a friendly, knowledgable, professional attitude from all staff. Got a mortgage through Key Mortgage way back and have had changes to that mortgage since through other sources, but Sharon and the team have always contacted via their excellent customer service team when offers or new info has come up . I know it is part of their management and not necessarily that they remember me personally but it does make you feel that you were a valued customer or client and I like that touch. Recently, I did respond to an advertisement email and was pleasantly surprised that that way back mortgage was still on their records and was brought to my attention. Great stuff Sharon and team.

Cannot recommend this company enough, seriously. My friend recommended this firm to me after her buying multiple houses and using Key Mortgages for every one. When i was told that buying a house was the most stressful thing to go through, i was so nervous as it was my first time.
