I was referred to Mike by my accountant when I needed to re-mortgage my BTL property. This was my first time using a Mortgage Adviser as I'd previously only dealt directly with the bank for my mortgages. I contacted Mike and had a meeting arranged within a couple of days. I did think that what I wanted would be quite complex..... however he assured me that it was all entirely possible as he was able to access a variety of lenders. I gathered together all the information he needed ...and just two weeks later I had my offer ! Mike made everything seem easy and straightforward, but I know 'behind the scenes' he worked really hard for me. He's very approachable, very professional and I would have absolute confidence in recommending him.
