From the very moment I spoke with Paul over the phone I knew I was dealing with a professional. Paul helped us over a space of 10 month. He went through every detail with our mortgage and explained everything to us brilliantly. Every time I rang, Paul took the call or got straight back to us. We was never left wondering or waiting. We came to Paul at Money Advice Clinic as first time buyers for mortgage advice following a recommendation from a family member. Paul has supported us through the whole process and explained everything in detail, including life insurance. Our developers were incredibly impressed with how quickly Paul had processed our mortgage application, meaning we were able to exchange contracts well ahead of schedule. It has made a stressful experience much smoother as Paul has processed both our mortgage and life insurance applications. During the current climate of rising interest rates, Paul worked hard to find us a lender with a lower interest rate with affordable monthly repayments. Extremely approachable and professional, we would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Paul Dolphin and The Money Advice Clinic enough. Paul went absolutely above and beyond his responsibilities and duty to us as our Mortgage Advisor. We were buying a New Build property but our solicitor was very slow (and probably had too much work on) this caused a massive delay with the builders/conveyor, so much so, that they were about to pull out of the deal we had agreed. Our solicitor said there was nothing more he could do and was very sorry. I felt sick We had already sold our house and were living at the mother-in-law's. We effectively about to be homeless. In utter disbelief I called Paul and explained to him what the solicitor had just told me. Paul contacted the builders head office directly and managed to persuade them that this was not our fault and that the solicitor was to blame. He then contacted the solicitor and had a polite word with him too...... Needless to say within a few hours I had dried my tears and the deal for our new home was back on. Thanks Paul, I really do not know what would have happened had you not been there for us. Oh by the way, he also got us a great deal on our mortgage sorted out our wills for all my family and got us some great life insurance if the unexpected should happen. I have recommended him to all my friends and family and they all have had fantastic results as well. His communication is superb and he still keeps in contact now just to make sure we are happy (not trying to sell us anything) just being the outstanding chap that he is. If you want my opinion "if you need advice or help give him a call, you will not be disappointed and you'll be glad you did". Thanks again Paul and The Money Advice Clinic.
