I had been helped by Ian previously on a remortgage 5 years prior, when he worked within another company. Therefore, when my partner and I were looking to purchase something together, I remembered Ian and how helpful he had been. My partner and I were very pleased with Ian's service, he is so helpful, personable and makes the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. I cannot recommend Ian enough!! This is our first remortgage and a friend of ours recommended Ian after our initial mortgage process was a nightmare.
