Sarah has been brilliant throughout! She found us a mortgage that we were very happy with and much better than we would have found ourselves. If we had queries she would reply to my emails straight away with an answer. If we ever encountered a problem Sarah worked hard to resolve it for us and she continued to keep us updated a long the way, so we never had to chase her. She has made our whole experience a lot less stressful than it could be been. I would definitely recommend Sarah and Mortgage Access!
