The mortgage advisor, Jacky Lambert, assigned to helping me through the mortgage process was fantastic and the service provided was well above what I expected for the price paid. Jacky was thorough and diligent. She answered any questions I had expediently and with clarity. I had many difficulties with exigencies of my mortgage and Jacky was able to address these issues at every turn. Without her I am not sure I would have seen the process through. Even after completion of the mortgage Jacky still checked in to see how was doing. I Highly recommend this service.

Firstly they provided a great service helping me through my first Mortgage application which I would recommend them for anyway. Throughout the process I had more updates from them than my own solicitor. Due to issues with my solicitors they were then amazing at renewing and getting me a fresh offer within 24 hours of finding my old one had expired and chasing my solicitor who couldn't be contacted by his own office. I contacted over 15 different mortgage advisors, and tried lenders directly, but Jacky was the only one who could arrange the mortgage I needed based on my circumstances where everyone else was unsuccessful. We went to a calamity that is a high street bank but it seems they ran out of crayons for the day and were about as effective as a Fart in a hurricane. Frankly I don't think they are anything more than a man in a bedroom these days. Many at work had said good things about The Mortgage Hut so we gave them a call. Well frankly The Mortgage Hut were nothing but 100% amazing. Our advisor sorted everything quickly and professionally, we had a few set backs during the process due to "banker's" however this did not throw our adviser who sorted these issues and was even replying to emails at 2300!!
