Michael was exceptionally knowledgeable about how mortgage works. Our arrangement was quite a tricky one because we had recently revalued our house and in a fix for another 5 years before we can re-mortgage, but as soon as I was introduced to him by a neighbour who also used him. Things became very easy. He is very polite, very helpful, very responsive, hard working, never complained. very calm and supportive and always willing to go extra mile to see a deal through, and vey intelligent. It appears that all the issue we were dealing with that couple of financial advisers found impossible was the fact that they really don't know much which is a demonstration of the level of experience Michael has over many years. He gave us many options to explore. I also observed that this is is one of the best service I have received and the best anyone can ask for. I will recommend the company any time, any day.
