I have interacted with Dan and Mike for my mortgage application. As this was my first mortgage application, i had many queries and question. Dan was very patient with explaining me the whole process and each and every step. They were also very proactive in speeding up my mortgage application to avoid the next day interest rate hike. For my entire house purchase process, my mortgage application was by far the most smooth steps and thats because of Dan and Mike's great customer service. I am very pleased with their service and will 100% recommend them.

We heard of BeAdvised through a friend's recommendation and they absolutely did not disappoint. My partner and I were first time buyers and slightly overwhelmed by the process. However Dan and Mike made it incredibly easy. They found us an agreement in principle very soon after our first phone call, which really helped guide the house search. Once we had our offer accepted, they took the time to talk us through the whole process and found us a fantastic mortgage that worked perfectly for our salaries/outgoings. Whilst in our last review we had said Dan had helped us find our forever home, we didn’t know then that there would be a global pandemic which would change the way people lived, worked and educated.
