David from the Swindon Property Group was absolutely amazing - I can't recommend him enough. I had struggled to find a broker who was able to help me get a mortgage, as I work freelance in TV production, and usually on short contracts. However David succeeded, and was there to assist me every step of the way. He was professional, efficient, friendly and always at the end of the phone whenever I had a query. I never thought I would be able to get a mortgage on my own working in the industry I work in, but with Davids help he made this happen. Thank you so much!

I am unable to stress how much I would recommend this company to anyone! I was unsure at first of whether I needed a mortgage advisor as I thought maybe I could save some money going directly with a bank however I would say everyone should go with them. The fee they charge was significantly less than I imagined and not only did they get me a mortgage that was perfect for me, they found me a better rate than any of the ones I had found myself. The move itself took quite some time to go through and if it was not for the help of Jake and Dave it could have potentially taken months longer! I really felt I had their complete support and guidance with everything. On numerous occasions I rang them to ask for clarification on something the estate agent or solicitor was telling me and they would always explain it so well and make me feel very reassured. With any house move it is a very emotional time and especially near the end of the move I was very upset on numerous occasions about move in dates being changed and things not being ready and both Dave and Jake were absolutely amazing at calming me down and resolving the situation. I honestly do not know what I’d have done without them. I also was able to get a fantastic life insurance quote through themselves and could not find anything even remotely close to the price and coverage it offered.

For over 25 years I have only ever used SPG for arranging my mortgage(s)and life and critical illness insurances. The service and support I've received from both Jason and David has been outstanding. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field and have always provided me with an unbiased approach to the various mortgage offers available at that time. In 2009 and at the age of 43 I was having my annual review with Jason and he suggested that maybe I should consider taking out a Life/Critical illness Insurance policy that was indexed link and would run for 20 years. In the event of death or a critical illness within these 20 years the insurance policy would pay out. I was a non smoker, fit and healthy and I really didn't think I needed a life/critical insurance policy. After some further explaining of the benefits by Jason I took time to digest and think about what he advised. A couple of weeks later I decided to take out the insurance policy which was underwritten by Scottish Provident. Long story short, in November 2020 I was diagnosed with early stages of Prostate cancer and in January 2021 Scottish provident paid out the full amount of my insurance policy.
