I don’t usually write reviews but I could sing Gary’s praises all day long! His service is IMPECCABLE and his prices are beyond reasonable. We were first time buyers when we reached out to Gary, so had no idea what we were getting ourselves in for. Gary was calm, collected, professional, but also understanding. His responses were quick and there was never a question too big, or too small. Whenever there was a problem, he would have already found a solution, before bringing it to our attention and made us feel completely in the loop while taking care of everything leaving us with no stress’ at all! We would be in a very different place now if it wasn’t for Gary and I truly can not thank him enough for all the hard work he did (quite frankly I was quite hard work 😂 stressing about everything and asking a million and one questions) His advice was second to none. Good value for money is a HUGE understatement! Anybody who I talk to now who is looking for financial advice I always point in the direction of Apley Castle and I will use Gary again and again. A lovely man, polite, respectful, understanding and just a true gentleman! Could not talk of him, or his service any more highly. If you’re seeing this review, don’t even bother looking anywhere else. I won’t go on but truly brilliant service!

Gary has been incredible for us during these unprecedented times. Our previous mortgage offer frustratingly ran out during the COVID crisis, and then the 90% LTV mortgages were pulled by nearly all lenders leaving us in a precarious situation with our dream house. When a 90% LTV mortgage product unexpectedly returned on the market, I contacted Gary to ask if he would be able to help us as the lender only negotiated with mortgage brokers. He genuinely went above and beyond for us with an exceptional and timely service to ensure we secured our mortgage in case the product was quickly pulled from the market which was the trend for other 90% LTV products during this time. Within 2 weeks we secured a mortgage offer and we were back in a safe position to finish the purchase. I can’t recommend Gary enough, it really is an exceptional service.
