I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walk through the door and the gentleman who I spoke to was very thorough and, as promised, called me the next day to give me a price on the house insurance I wanted. The cost of the insurance was less than that I could have got on line and a few months later when I let them know the house had now been sold I was sent a cheque refunding the balance of the unused insurance soon after. Although I had used Midcounties back in the 70s to the early 90s with doing so many things online I had forgotten how good it was to get a top quality personal service and will be continuing to use them in future.
