Alder rose what a brilliant team! From the very first email they was brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, they explain everything in detail and are happy to help especially when you’re a first time buyer and everything is daunting! I can’t thank the team enough! Ashley is so lovely, kind and helpful! He even stayed 45 minutes later on a bank holiday weekend after closing to help us go through paperwork and answer all our questions! He made us feel relaxed and comfortable and less worried about the whole process. Truly a top guy! Big thanks also to Rachel who was there for us from the very start and answered emails and phone calls quickly whenever we needed her advice, also lovely lady to speak too. Claire who sorted out our life insurance and was thorough and helpful with all questions related and lovely to speak with. Nothing is too much trouble, me and my partner would highly recommend Alder Rose! Thank you to all of you! If I could give more stars than 5 I certainly would!

I really couldn't recommend Alder Rose enough! Emma, Abbey, Vinoja and Ashley etc can never do enough to help you. Ashley literally delivered a remortgage application form to me personally, because I was unable to print it out myself. They've managed to secure me really competitive rates, and saved me loads of time and energy, had I had to search and apply myself. So they've definitely been worth every penny. They're also really quick to reply if you have any queries, and they're all really friendly and always completely professional.
