Ascot have arranged multiple mortgages for us over a period of time. The last two mortgages were a nightmare. This was not through any fault of Ascot's but because of Covid-19 impact on the mortgage market and the solicitors we chose to use. Example of why I will use Ascot again: On our latest purchase, Heather and the team at Ascot worked to keep us informed when our solicitor refused to communicate with us and kept providing inaccurate information to the lender/their solicitor, because they failed to validate information with us first despite repeated requests! Heather and the Ascot team informed us of inaccuracies and managed to convinced the lender to reinstate the loan when it was initially cancelled. We completed on 20th May 2020 and it was all thanks to a broker who knows what they are doing. They have good working relationships with lenders and can convince lenders of your case. They can do this because they gather in-depth information that allows them to present/represent you properly Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I struggled to raise capital on a commercial property because of how long I owned it and the length of my current employment. Just when I thought no one could help me I found ascot mortgages on a google search. I am so glad I made that phone call instead of giving up. on the other side of that line was Louise burton and from start to finish her work was exceptional. My property was complicated and although I explained my situation to other providers they still didn’t listen and the raise of capital would fall through because of this.
