The company is passionate, trustworthy and honest and you always feel like you’re in great professional hands. Working full time hours means it’s difficult to arrange a suitable time to talk, but Ross was flexible and worked around our working and family commitments. Paul made our journey of buying a house easier. We were first time buyers so we had a lot of questions but he explained things so we knew what would be the next step.
