Please note: this is not a review of their actual cover (luckily I've never had to claim) but their customer service is excellent. The entire team has been brilliant every time I've had to contact them. The reference checks were carried out quickly and professionally. Yeah, sometimes it might take a couple minutes to get through to them on the call, but like the holding message says, they are worth it! Special mention goes to Joanne, who was absolutely brilliant when it came to renewing my rent protection insurance and emergency cover. She made my day, so happy and cheery. Little things like this really do make the difference, I've been with them for years now and little things like Joanne's attitude mean that I will continue to stick with them. Thank you!

Everyone I spoke to was as helpful as they could be. People passed on messages and I'd actually get calls back. Sarah mainly worked on my case, she was incredibly patient, helpful, she responded quickly to emails and worked with me to get my guarantor issues sorted. The only thing I struggled with was figuring out exactly what criteria they needed, and it was initially frustrating to have to wait a week for a response every time for it to keep being no (until I got a direct hold of Sarah). We move in 3 days and it's only just been sorted. But I'm glad it's all done now
