We honestly can’t find the words to describe how amazing Jennifer and the MMS team are. We have used them three times now, as first time buyers, remortgaging and again recently buying our “forever home”. This time hasn’t been straightforward as our current mortgage provider was brought out by a major bank I won’t name, who then put nothing but barriers in the way and insisted initially that we go direct through them. However we got so fed up with them in the end we paid the early repayment charge so we could walk away and go back to MMS. Within the same day Jennifer stepped up and saved the day, getting us a better deal with another provider and getting it across the line in a matter of days so that we didn’t lose our dream home. The sense of relief we felt when we got Jennifer back on board was huge. We trust her completely and are so grateful for her guidance. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind this has given us but if you were to, the MMS costs are tiny for what they provide.
