Ray helped to guide us through our mortgage application process when buying our first home, and made everything super easy to understand. We have just reached our two-year mark and needed to re-mortgage. Without having to lift a finger, Ray proactively reached out to us to let us know our re-mortgage was due, presented us with options, made great suggestions guiding us on what he feels is best, but allowed us to make the decisions. Cannot say enough good things about Warrington mortgage centre. After spending the past two years renovating our home and taking out loans to do so, we really wanted to do a remortgage a bit different this time around. We wanted to be able to make those monthly payments better for our house and bring them down by putting our loans into our mortgage. I have to say that Lee Carthew and the team at Warrington mortgage centre have been fantastic throughout the whole process. In what has been a pretty stressful move, Lee has always been at the end of the phone. Whether I needed him to chase the solicitors or just to moan at!
