Ray helped to guide us through our mortgage application process when buying our first home, and made everything super easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about Warrington mortgage centre. After spending the past two years renovating our home and taking out loans to do so, we really wanted to do a remortgage a bit different this time around. We wanted to be able to make those monthly payments better for our house and bring them down by putting our loans into our mortgage. We were advised strongly against this by others but really just because they probably didn't want to put the effort in! First conversations with Sam, he totally understood our position and wanted to do whatever he could to get us there. I have to say that Lee Carthew and the team at Warrington mortgage centre have been fantastic throughout the whole process. In what has been a pretty stressful move, Lee has always been at the end of the phone. Whether I needed him to chase the solicitors or just to moan at! He got me a mortgage that meant I could get the perfect house where a lot of lenders couldn’t get me what I needed. The admin team have been great too, keeping me updated at every turn. We remortgaged recently and were recommended to try Warrington Mortgage Centre. Over thirty plus years we've used many mortgage providers but Warrington Mortgage Centre stood out. The whole thing was very quick and simple because they're used to working with self employed clients and small business owners. At the vert beginning Sam made sure that our application was complete and thoroughly checked and he anticipated all the strange questions lenders ask the self-employed that just don't apply to people in regular employment. I just want to say a massive thank you to Sam Fox⁩ for arranging my remortgage. We met and started plans just before lockdown and all was well. Then lockdown hit and all the plans we had in place where up the wall! 😫 Sam was so patient throughout it all, every deal we got was changed the next day when new updates on Covid where announced.
