My private health insurance was due for renewal and I was recommended to speak to Heath Crawford about it. Zeb Imtiaz contacted me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and his advice was most helpful. I did mention I was happy with my current policy and wanted to remain with same company. I had already negotiated a discount for my policy, however, I was pleasantly surprised when Zeb managed to obtain a further reduction. Very happy.

Over the years I have been harangued by charlatans trying to sell me health insurance or met with morons whose aim was commission and nothing else. So I stuck with BUPA but when a combination of their fees hitting £900 a month and an incident where they were economical with the truth, I decided to find a new provider. Heath Crawford had excellent reviews and their web site showed real knowledge of health and well being. Moving to them was one of the best moves I’ve made in my life. Their integrity and genuine care is second to none. In my first year they moved me to AXA after thoroughly searching the market and keeping me informed. And they reduced my outgoings to £3,700 a year as opposed BUPA who would have charged me around £11,000. This year they succeeded in lowering that figure to £3,200 and I have better cover. Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful, and honest. They get their money from the companies not the individual and this is very evident in all their work. They want to get me the best cover at the best price and thoroughly search the market. I cannot speak highly enough of them. My account manager, Zeb Imtiaz, was a delight to work with. To finish, if you’re looking for the best health care provider or if you want to check your existing company is giving you the best deal go to Heath Crawford. You won’t be disappointed.

I had received the same health insurance renewal quote from Heath Crawford and direct from Vitality. The usual increase of around 6-7% . I do not understand why it increases so much every year when inflation is low and no claims made plus I had achieved gold status for increased exercise. For everything else in life I use a comparison site to keep costs down but this is sooo difficult for health insurance when you have preexisting conditions. So hence I was delighted when Zeb went the extra mile for me and called me to say he had negotiated a 5 % discount with Vitality so my price increase this year is very small for once.
