The loveliest people to work with in an entire home buying process. As first-time buyers, Carol was incredibly patient in talking us through everything we needed to know, understanding in the face every delay we had before we eventually found our property, and ultimately got us our mortgage offer. It was a complicated case but she managed to work with us to find the best deal. They are always friendly, personable and good communicators at IMAB in Watford. First went to IMAB back in around 2000 after a recommendation from a close friend and have been using them ever since. Carol has since helped us re-mortgage several times in the last 17 years , and has always been extremely helpful, She explains our options clearly and simply as we can get lost in the minefield of offers .... If there is ever a question nothing is too much trouble and everything is handled quickly and efficiently by all the staff... Have also helped us with our home insurances and life insurances over the years, certainly helps take the stress and hassle out of trying to do this on our own.
