We had a mortgage adviser we have used previously but as Waqas is a local start up we decided to give him a try. The deals mortgage advisers get is practically the same, however Waqas stood out for his customer service, friendly demeanour and advising above and beyond what we asked. In the end we took his recomendation and didnt do a straight forward remortgage however used the opportunity to unlock some money at a great rate. He ran multiple of scenarios and quotes without any issue. He was very flexible taking calls quite late around 7-8pm as I would be busy working during office hours. For these reasons I would highly recommend Waqas and look forward to using him again in the future.

Have no words to pay Thanks to Mr Waqas (Genius Mortgages). Being self-employed, was much worried and almost hopeless to buy my first home. Contacted Genius Mortgages over the phone. Got the appointment with no time. Mr Waqas listened my queries and worries with great care and answered very confidently and professionally. After initial appointment, all my worries were gone and I was feeling much confident. Mr Waqas guided me all the process and provided me with a list of documents to initiate the Mortgage application. Within no time, Mr Waqas discussed all the offers and explained in detail the benefits and negative points.
