My car had been seized yesterday, for three hours I had been contacting various insurance companies regarding compound insurance to release my car. Being a 19 year old this did not come easy. Of all the places I reached out to Dash Insurance Services were the only place willing to help me through my crisis. With consideration to the environment surrounding me, the insurance quote was reasonable and I was able to insure my vehicle to get it out of the impound. Processing my insurance from payment to my cover being active, was seamless. The individual who helped me through this (Tony) was really friendly and did all in his power to help. I have had a wonderful experience with the Dash insurance team even though I was going through a very stressful situation. My car was seized towards the end of August 2021 in Carlisle being roughly 100 miles away. One of the requirements to get the car back was a month's worth of compound insurance which I desperately needed. I took to the internet to find the right provider on which Dash insurance was the first to come up. Looking into the reviews and the information provided I was satisfied in placing a quick and simple quote on the website. I was very surprised to find the the director of Dash insurance, Tony McMillan, ring me within a 5 minute timeframe where my worries were understood and actioned upon immediately. Upon agreeing to the policy and making payment, Tony specially rang me to ask whether the documents of the policy cover were obtained and made me feel confident that I had the right support. He was very knowledgeable where he rightly outlined the importance of comprehensive insurance for the vehicle I had so that I could take the car away. This was especially shown on the day of collecting the vehicle. I arrived at Lockerbie police station to show all relevant documents a few days ago. One police officer read into my certificate and was questioning on why the exclusions of the agreement were not highlighted. The police were in contact with the MIB who, according to the police, mentioned that my insurance was disallowed due to changes in circumstances. I was initially horrified to hear this and kept Tony informed throughout this highly stressful encounter. Again, Tony was very patient and explained to me that the policy was genuine and MIB were not in contact with him or his team. I had full faith in the policy and customer service I was given by Tony and the team. I waited for around an hour and a half where I was told to wait for a traffic officer to look into my policy in more detail to which I found that my policy was genuine and met all the criteria. Although it was very stressful at the time, Dash insurance team have been absolutely lovely to cooperate with and has been a real learning curve for myself and I'm sure for the team too. I kept my full trust in Tony's knowledge and expertise and managed to pull through. I will definitely be recommending Dash insurance to anyone who is going through a similar circumstance to myself all the way!!!!!

Tony has been of tremendous help with getting my car out of impound after me and my family have lived a nightmare with a police officer that arrested my godfather under false accusations. We have just filed a report against him and after incarcerating my godfather for 24h who is a legal tourist with a legal visa the quotes I had for an impound release insurance were ranging between £450-£700. Tony helped get the best quote, we saved hundreds of pounds and he also acted extremely professional and quickly. Ok where do I start, without going into too much detail. My daughters car was impounded by police last Thursday. I will add here that I was driving her car and she is a Learner driver. So my her car is taken and both myself and daughter are distraught. On Friday I called every insurance company there was trying to get insurance on car as this is why we were stopped, it had expired and we didn’t know. I was calling from 8am till about 3pm no one would insure my daughter because she is under 21. I was literally crying all day, this is my daughters first car brought with her money and I need to get car back. I then found Dash and spoke to Tony McMillan he was amazing and literally my Knight in Shining Armour and love him. Which is weird to say as never met. He provided my daughter with Insurance certificate for 30 days and received this Saturday morning. It would have been Friday but their systems had gone down. Anything he promised he did, even providing me with a Refund of £180, was supposed to be £159 but due to delay in getting certificate for reasons given he increased this. He spoke to the Police on Saturday morning and provided them with everything they wanted to know. We got our car back yesterday being Monday. Would have been weekend but garage closed. I cancelled the policy and received my refund today. I have had so many conversations with Tony since Friday and everytime has been helpful kind and supportive. If I ever need this kind of insurance again for a impounded car it would be Tony I would call 100%. You managed to stop my crying and bring a smile back to my face and my poor daughter too.
