Where do I start??? Holly has literally been a lifeline in the process of buying a house. This was our first home together and felt quite daunting to start with, Holly took the stress out and made it such a positive experience even when we had a few issues with the bank. Her persistence and knowledge of the industry is second to none. Communication was constant and any updates on the house we were immediately contacted. There are literally no words to describe how amazing she was with us. Got us through an extremely quick sale too by making sure solicitors were doing there bit. I can honestly highly recommend this lady and if needed in the future will only be using her. The biggest and heart felt Thankyou Holly!!! We literally couldn’t have done it without you!

I can't recommend Holly enough. COVID/ first time buyer and my sales job made it a bit difficult to get the mortgage that I needed. However Holly was extremely persistent and it was clear she was working all hours of the day to find me the best deal. Holly also kept in contact as much as possible to keep me up to date on the process and nothing was too much for her. We had relatively complex requirements, needing to find alternative funding for one house which was to be rented out whilst also needing a mortgage for another. Not a problem for Holly who found good products for both. The rental property loan went through smoothly, but for various reasons the house purchase didn't happen before Lockdown 1, and then the sale fell through. We then needed a new mortgage offer for the new house we found, and this was in the very tricky post-lockdown 1 conditions. Again, not a problem for Holly. It still wasn't plain sailing, but Holly steered us through so that we are now the proud owners of a mortgage and loan arranged by Holly (and the houses that go with them). Throughout this extended saga, Holly has been highly professional and responsive, and my wife and I strongly recommend her based on our experience.

Totally hands down exactly what she says on the tin! I couldn’t have had a better recommendation handed to me! After attempting to get a property the previous year with an alternative mortgage advisor I thought my journey of buying my own home would never happen. A little downtrodden, a while later I decided to try again and used a friends recommendation which bought me to Holly, she made it so easy from start to finish and I never encountered a single issue with the whole process, it became an exciting time for me instead of a dreaded phone call expecting the worst! Nothing was too much trouble and she was only a text or a phone call away for the silliest of questions!
