My partner used Adrian to obtain a difficult mortgage about 18 months ago, the property was an apartment in a high rise, on the sea-front in Brighton. Whilst the building did not have cladding, there was a mortgage cladding issue and an EWS1 failure. Adrian navigated her through this and took her to completion with no drama at all.
