Andrew and Lisa at Assured did an amazing job at getting us our first mortgage. We were in a unique situation and they greeted the challenge and exceeded our expectations. Andrew was available whenever we called or emails and got us our agreement in principle basically overnight to allow us to make an offer on a house right away. The process of the mortgage application to offer was seamless, and couldn’t have been any easier. If you want the process handled from start to finish by someone who knows exactly what they’re doing, look no further. Andrew also recommended a solicitors and surveyors for us that worked together extremely well. All in all, we went through the house buying process for the first time entirely unscathed thanks to Assured! We will definitely be back for the remortgage when the time comes.

I recently wanted to sort out a remortgage on my property. Due to recent and possible future changes in the market, interest rates, I wanted to do this as quickly as possible. I had remortgaged previously with Andrew Troullos from Assured mortgages, had a great experience, organising cash back, great advice and decided to go with them again. Assured Mortgages and in particular Nikki Peake were fantastic yet again. Nikki picked up the enquiry right away, looked for the best deals available, communication was great and found me a deal by the following day. That was about 2 weeks ago and today I completed. Fixed deal for 5 years at a great rate, paying less than I was previously which I did not expect, times being what they are. Peace of mind in what are very unstable times. Dealing with the administration side of things was Sarah Sexton and Rachel Rowland.
