I contacted Mortgage Studio as we needed to remortgage our Buy To Let property. We started the process in mid February this year and was all straight forward until Covid 19 forced us into lockdown. I was really worried the remortgage would not go through in time but Steve made sure the process kept going and even waited over an hour on the telephone to get through to the lender when they were inundated with phone calls and the country was in lockdown.
