We worked with Rupert as we purchased our first home together. From our very first meeting he explained things in a way that we could understand, answered all of our questions and was always happy to help us with any queries that arose without making us feel stupid for not understanding processes etc. We found Rupert to be very approachable, friendly and efficient.
