This is an efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, no-nonsense team. Simon Murphy is consistent, thorough, eloquent, honest polite and humble. Anyone thinking of getting a mortgage needs a Simon on their side. I recommend their services wholeheartedly and with no reservation. But there is one more thing: Dogged determination, as illustrated by two examples below. Simon managed to get a decision in principle in 24hrs on a Sunday and the vendor accepted my offer on the Monday. I had a crucial conversation with Simon at 05:55am one Friday morning in relation to my mortgage application. A few days later the bank offered me the mortgage.

I had below average insurances (income protection and decreasing life cover) I took out with my mortgage and Will managed to look at these and get me really high quality policies that included level life cover, income protection, and critical illness. It also included some cover for my son. He was by far more informative and helpful that when you just take these insurances out as a matter of course with a mortgage and obtains policies that are tailored to you and are not just of high quality but are great value - I am literally paying around £8 more than my other policies!
