We received first-class service from design to delivery, installation and completion of all the work to a very high standard. Marie was very attentive during the design consultation and developed the perfect design for our small bathroom. She offered a competitive fixed lump sum quote which she stood by even when a couple of additional extras manifested. She also managed to fit us in at very short notice - we insisted on a quick appointment as my wife was due to have a baby within a month of the consultation - Marie juggled a few jobs around and made it work. The work was performed efficiently and tidily. We were not without facilities and the guys cleaned up every day. All of the trades arrived in a well choreographed manner and the job was done inside a week as promised. The finished product is great - a very high spec finish (the tiling is amazing) and we are very pleased with the result. Our bathroom is completely transformed, this is by far the best investment, £ for £, in our home. The after sales service is second to none too - Marie has promptly sent trades around to fix teething issues (blocked bath waste).
