We contacted Mark after being let down by someone else. We had a very prompt response and extremely good communication throughout. Mark even came out to provide a quote on his non working day. He was extremely considerate and respectful, well mannered, polite and punctual. Definitely knows his trade. The same could be said for his team (Dave and Mr Mack). The job was to strip, paint and re paper our staircase (over 4 metres). We chose a wallpaper with an intricate design which was difficult to match but they did an outstanding job. They were a nice friendly team and very professional. They are people you could trust in your home. They were all very focused on their task. We will definitely be using them again.

Thank you so much to Steve for painting our whole downstairs in our new home. It now truly feels like us. The whole service was professional and amazing from start to finish. Mark came round and gave us a quote. The whole downstairs had a lot of stains. Mark was even considering of our budget and kindly included our downstairs loo in the original quote. Steve arrived on time the very next Monday and he was fast and efficient we barely noticed he was there! We still had easy access to the rooms he was working in and he was a pleasent man from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions. I asked for a black banister for my staircase and I can say it looks amazing and my downstairs feels like a palace! Would definitely recommend and will use you guys again!

Mark was a great lad from start to finish in coordinating things. Spud painted the whole flat and skirting and it looks great and then Mark and Dave ended up doing the laminate and some plumbing work. Great value and great job - cheers boys 👌🏼

Bob and Mark did an excellent job painting a number of windows for me. They were run down and the guys brought them back to life. They were tidy, professional, quick and did a great job. I will definitely be booking them later this summer for more work on the house.

We have recently had our kitchen (including some wooden cupboards and shelves) and hall stairs and landing (10 doors lots of bannister !) painted by Mark and his team. We are absolutely delighted with the results. Any positive comments you read on other reviews we would agree with! The hall stairs and landing had been painted very badly indeed twelve months ago by a different decorator. The contrast between the two both in terms of experiencing having the work done and the quality of the craftsmanship couldn't be more different. Very clean, tidy, obliging, hard working, quick, good quality work, particularly impressed with the preparation. Highly recommend this team and certainly hope to use again. Very much appreciated.

Going against all my usual planning, I accepted the first decorators quote after a visit from Mark, whose enthusiasm was catching! From start to finish the rest of he ‘boys’ Bob, Darren & Malcolm worked hard & well together & were a delight - involving us and double checking at every stage. The disruption was minimal, and when they’d finished they even helped us put our curtains back up! The attention to detail & finish is amazing - my bedroom has been transformed and the staircase & hall (with its arty Artex) has been painted to perfection.

After having some bad experience with a company our work was uncompleted. Rang number of companies for quotes but wasn't happy with them! Then came along L&B ! First meeting with Mark for a quote was pretty easy and non of this salesman pitch and he listened to my requirements and presented some couple of ideas!! I hired the team straight away to paint outside my house! I left the guys to it and they just got on with it! Coming home after work was a joy to see a dull grey house to a bright colour ! The workmanship of the painting and the finishing touches are amazing! We are so happy with the work! I can say that the team are trustworthy and honest! They have completed our house and now they have been hired to do my father in laws , paint my kitchen
