If your thinking about getting a kitchen look no further than these guys. I've had a kitchen from wren and because of the poor standard of work by wren I went to Madina for my second kitchen. Madina Kitchen is by far the better product. If you want a kitchen that will last and you want something that's quality you should stick with these guys. Cannot fault them at all.

I had two fitted units order placed at MKB. One for a fitted shelving unit and the other kitchen units. Shahid their sales man showed me various designs and Safraz the designer helped with creating two excellent bespoke designs with great ideas on how to get the best aesthetic look as well as maximum storage space. The fitters were very professional and acted on all my comments giving a great final finish. The after service was absolutely great too with the team helping out with a few additional finishing touches after the job was competed. The gentleman (Shahid), I spoke to extremely helpful, very courteous and I felt listened to. I found his and the rest of madina kitchen staff really helpful from the word go. I went for an acrylic grey kitchen, in a true handle less slab design, I’m happy with the results. I’m really happy with how it’s turned out🙂 overall. We (me and my wife) bought our kitchen from Madina Kitchen in July 2020 after some intensive search and attending several appointment with other big names of kitchen providers. We liked their kitchen materials, designs and the enthusiasm and professionalism of their staff from the first day I visited them. They gave us a next day design appointment and their designer was excellent, patient and flexible with our variable requirements. We were surprised and happy when they told us that the kitchen will be ready in less than two weeks and indeed the kitchen was ready in the date they gave us. Their price was excellent compared to the other providers with similar number of units, design and kitchen material. The kitchen looks amassing after the installation and it looks exactly like the one we saw in the designer screen. I definitely highly recommend Madina Kitchen for anyone looking for a stylish high-quality new kitchen with a very reasonable price.

From the moment we walked into the show room to the completion of our kitchen, everyone at Madina was highly professional. The showroom is fantastic and brother Shahid was great with talking us the through what Madina do and what to expect. Customer service was second to none. We were so impressed we went straight to the designer, again she was very professional and straight to the point, we were amazed at how quick she had designed the kitchen, asking what we wanted all the way through. From ordering the kitchen to delivery we were keot up to date with the progress. Excellent customer service, staff were very attentive and courteous. Very big showroom laid and very well and plenty of staff to assist customers. We had shopped around for our fitted wardrobes but when we compared the other quotes to the price/ product Madina kitchens were offering we decided to buy them. I really think some of these other reviews are from competitors or something dodgy like that. We've had our kitchen fitted and it is amazing. The service from Madinah has been top notch and the quality of the fittings are better than Ikea/Wickes/B&Q and even Wren who wanted 5 times as much for the same kitchen. They've bent over backwards for us, and accommodated for delays in our build with us having our extension being made first. Great service, great people, great kitchen. Our build is still going through for the extension (needing to paint/tile/etc), so I'll pop another photo when we peal off the blue plastic covers!

Had a kitchen fitted by Madina Kitchens recently, and although there were a few problems along the way in regards to parts of my order, they were quick to rectify their mistakes once it was brought to their attention. The kitchen looks beautiful and I am very pleased with it. I can't say the same for the fitters however, as they leave an awful mess. Having spent so much on the kitchen and a high quality service, I would expect the fitters would at the very least clean up after themselves. The fitters also damaged the external brickwork during fitting which they didn't repair.

I drove passed Madina kitchens showroom many times and finally found the time to pop by. No word of a lie the staff were all very helpful & very welcoming, the receptionists saphia showed us around and explained the type and quality of materials to us carefully whilst the designer Sarfraz was getting ready for our appt. The deisnger Sarfraz took great care in ensuring that everything looked perfect & spotless, I couldn't complain. The cost of our new kitchen was very reasonable and was able to negotiate a little. Madina have been fantastic at keeping me updated regarding my delivery and fitting. From the moment we walked into their store until AND AFTER the job was completed very satisfactorily, we had the good fortune to meet some amazing and wonderful people. Shahid, Salvia, Sarfraz, Sofi the gentlemen who came to do the measurements, the two wonderful delivery personnel, the fitters were all very very good, helpful and courteous. Due to the builder’s inefficiency and Covid our process was not simple and straightforward but quite complicated, time consuming and frustrating. Got my kitchen supplied and fitted by madina kitchens. The service provided from designing to installing was excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional especially Shaid who puts your mind at rest if you have any doubts or queries. After previously having 3 bedrooms and two kitchens made from Madina Kitchens and Bedrooms it was a no brainer to have our current kitchen fitted through Madina. I was just as impressed at the service as I was the first time we went to Madina. It is clear the company has grown with an amazing showroom but the customer service is still second to none. I wanted to share my experience that I had purchasing my kitchen from Medina Kitchens in November 2020 . The customer service I received from Shahid was AMAZING, he was very attentive explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. No matter how many times I had an query he was ever so helpful and a true professional. Another person I want to mention was a gentleman called Safraz, he was also excellent in designing the perfect kitchen for us. I had been to Wren kitchens received a quote that was the same price as what I had purchased from Medina kitchens but the quality of their kitchen was extremely poor with pushy sales team only concerned about their commission. Work tops, edging, handles and end units were all customised to our exact requirements. The company promptly came and measured up for us and then sent us a computer generated image of our end design. They also purchased all the white goods for us such as microwave, fridge and bottle cooler and charged us a very reasonable price for excellent products. The fridge is fantastic, very roomy with a good sized freezer box, exactly what we asked for. The kitchen was expertly fitted in just one day and the workers were very careful not to leave any mess. I have bought a Kitchen 4 years ago (2016) and now Bedroom & Living Room Cabinets (2020). ● Both Experiences with SALES TEAM and Saif the Owner. - Very helpful, very polite, always smiling. At their, New premises they have 3 designers, one of the designers, Salvia (foreign lady) was such a wonderful lady. Very helpful and patient with us. Did not rush it. Made us feel at home. ● PRICES; on both occasions had to haggle with the prices. First time the price came down by over a £1000. This time around a difference of £500. This is the only thing that concerns me, but otherwise as there is no consistency or set pricing according to each square foot of work that has to be done. ● QUALITY: can't beat their quality, which is the main reason for selecting them. Much better than other products on the market. You get what you pay for. ● FITTERS: in 2016, no issues. Workers where on time and very professional. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Perfect. In 2020 - the workers are not punctual. Was promised times, 1st day they didn't arrive. Waited all day, promises of turning up. 2nd day arrived over 2hrs late even when agreed the day before about the times. Really frustrating when customers are waiting when told to be available. Besides that, their quality of workmanship was good and acceptable. ● OVERALL: Worth going to Madina Kitchens. Excellent products. Making Bespoke fittings according to your taste. Choose everything from colour of units to handle styles. Hinges very strong and durable. Our kitchen larder has very heavy items, each shelf with over 10kg of weight in it and after 4 years still working like new.

They provided colours for the cabinets that are not available on the high street (wicks) even though they had the same stock. We where able to pick and choose what we wanted and brought our worktop and sink from a different supplier, their installer didn't just fit the kitchen from madina kitchen but our things from other stores. They had a lot of patience with us as we kept changing what we wanted. The level of professionalism is absolutely outstanding. Although Shahid can talk for England he is hilarious. The planners especially Sylvia are very accomodating and listen to clients views. The installers Khalid and another brother very respectful and have good advice. Overall experience was very positive. Highly recommend the team. Thankyou Madina kitchen.

Their kitchens look lovely, good quality and a fair range of options, but of course its the service that goes with them that makes the difference. I'm still at the planning stage of a refurbishment of my kitchen/dining room. So far nothing has been too much trouble & time has been taken out by all the staff there to ensure my needs wi be met. Even calling in on spec with further queries has been accommodated without question & my mind put at ease. Whilst obviously the fitting & installation will be "the proof of the pudding" so to speak, thus far all staff have been professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, friendly understanding and patient. If all goes as anticipated & they are able to provide the service they promise I should end up with a lovely new kitvhen/diner that I will be proud of. At this point in time I would say their nice showroom is definitely worth a visit.
