For a very long time was planning to renovate our kitchen, did a few research online and came across Reflections Studio. We booked a showroom visit in April 2021, all extremely covid-safe. Very satisfied with straightforward self-planning tools, email answers and general updating of my delivery schedule. Everything came as scheduled and in a very good condition. I was happy, with the packing and handling that they provided with the two man delivery.

We visited the Birmingham showroom and were impressed by the selection of choice. We spoke with the staff on the layout and style, they provided us some sound advice that we hadn't considered. During the lockdown, we did complete the design consultation virtually. Everything arrived on the indicated day, complete and in an excellent condition. We used our own fitter, who was also amazed with the quality and how everything was properly organised. It took slightly more than two weeks to install due to a large amount of electrical work that needed to be corrected. We are really delighted with the end product and would suggest Reflections Studio to anybody looking for a fantastic kitchen at a reasonable price.

Love our new kitchen, the service we have received from start to finish by Reflections Studio has been top class. We really enjoyed the design experience, the designer helped us mix and match our ideas and suggested changes we wanted throughout the initial process and kept us up to date constantly with emails and CAD so we had actual views of how our kitchen looked. The measuring appointment was detailed, and delivery was just as efficient and friendly. Overall great customer service, would highly recommend Reflections Studio.
