We decided to have our work tops and cupboards replaced as we found that the cost of a complete new kitchen would be somewhat very costly. A very polite non pushy sales rep came to our home and was able to measure us up quickly and showed us the vast ranges of replacement products to us.We were then given a very good price and a date was set to have the work done. Within a couple of weeks we had a fitter knocking on our door at the time agreed and within minutes he set to work.We were surprised just how quickly the kitchen began to get into shape and within a few hours the kitchen was done and we were very happy with the finished item. The fitter even cleaned up very well after he had finished.

I am very pleased with the new kitchen cupboard doors and fittings. The salesman & surveyor (Wayne & Peter) were very professional & helpful with their suggestions & incorporation of my unique needs. It was arranged for the work to be carried out the same week as my initial enquiry! But as my new fridge wouldn't be delivered by then, the date was changed & the work carried out 9 days after our meeting and completed the same day, which was fantastic. Some minor adjustments/snagging issues were carried out at a later date by a very professional & accomodating fitter (Stephen). I am delighted with the attractive, fresh-looking & functional refurbished kitchen.

I wasn't really sure what to do with the kitchen when I moved into my new house! The kitchen is very small and the units, although in good condition, were a heavy, honey coloured pine with large, ornate metal handles. The whole thing looked cramped and out-dated. I started by thinking about a whole new kitchen but the thought of all the disruption was putting me off - not to mention the high price! Then I saw an advert in the paper for The Kitchen Restoration Company and requested a brochure - which arrived promptly within two days. Soon after that, I received a very polite telephone call to see whether I wanted further information. It certainly wasn't a hard sell - the lady was very nice and helpful and I decided that I would have a quote. I thought I might have to wait a long time but the initial visit was arranged very quickly and to suit my time. The gentleman who visited was incredibly helpful and again, very polite and pleasant. I didn't feel at all pressured and he really helped because I decided to have a new sink/drainer, a new extraction hood and some new units to make the kitchen space more usable. He led me through the whole process and gave me lots of options at a range of prices. He came prepared with all the types and colours of cupboard doors, handles and work surfaces - he even suggested which colours went together when I was unsure! I decided to go ahead with the quote because it was very reasonable and all inclusive meaning that I didn't have to worry about finding plumbers or electricians. The units were made very quickly and the fitter came about 2 weeks later. The fitting required 2 days and the fitter was very efficient, working quietly and cleanly. He was flexible too, working around the gas man when he came to fit the new oven. The end result is fantastic! It is sleek, bright and modern, making much better use of the space. Everyone has commented that it looks like a completely new kitchen. Only I know that it came in at a fraction of the cost! Best decision ever!

After getting astronomical estimates for a new kitchen, I contacted "The Kitchen Restoration Company" to see if they could help. A rep was knocking on my door the next day. He was so helpful, and understood what we wanted. We were shown a vast range of styles and finishes. I couldn't believe how good the estimate was - about 25% of other estimates, and that included a new sink. A couple of weeks later, the fitter arrived. He was so helpful - he even installed a couple of appliances for me, even though he hadn't supplied them. He worked nearly 2 days with hardly a break. A couple of unforeseen problems were quickly solved, and before I knew it I had a fully restored kitchen. I would not hesitate to reccommend this company. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. Everyone thinks I have a brand new kitchen :)

We are delighted with our new kitchen and love the way it looks. Because our other kitchen was 20 years old and our house is nearly ninety years old there were a few problems, but Mark our fitter was wonderful. He worked extremely hard to make sure that problems were overcome and it looked perfect. David the designer did not pressurise us into purchasing items we did not need, and was on hand to listen and act upon our concerns, when during plastering one of our old kitchen carcases came apart (not the fault of the company) and we had to review the order. He even made sure that we had the door handles that we requested, which were not available in the brochure. We were treated courteously and with respect at all times and cannot thank the company enough for making the experience as painless as possible and supporting us throughout.

We are delighted with our renovated kitchen and with the service we received from The Kitchen Restoration Company. We had had our kitchen for many years, and being a wood finish "country kitchen" was showing lots of knocks and scratches, however apart from the untidy front there was nothing wrong with the basic units. We did not want a new wood finish kitchen so were quite relieved when the Kitchen Restoration man suggested that pale cream doors would go well with the wood units. And he was RIGHT! Within two or three weeks of first contacting the company we had a brand new kitchen for a fraction of the cost of replacing everything. The installation was carried out extremely well and in a very short time. A very satisfied customer!

When I moved into this house there was a large kitchen extension, the door & drawer fronts were very dated and there were 37 of them! The consultant was very helpful and made several suggestions I hadn't thought of. The speed of the order & installation was brilliant, the fitter was meticulous & the finish was perfection. When my wife wanted a new kitchen we looked around various stores but did not see anything we liked for what we thought was a reasonable price. We didn’t really want the hassle of having the kitchen ripped out and not having access to it for a few days so we then kept putting it off. At about this time we seen an advert in a Sunday newspaper for kitchen restoration and it turned out it was for the Kitchen Restoration Company. I filled in an online request for their brochure and it arrived shortly after. About a month after receiving the brochure we booked a visit with one of the Company representatives. George duly arrived at the agreed date and time. He was very friendly and efficient and showed us samples of different types and designs of doors and drawer fronts. We also picked out a colour and new handles etc. He done a quick measure and gave us a price which, after a little negotiation, we agreed. Two days later a surveyor came and did a very accurate measure. This took about one hour and also during this time he also contacted the Company and gave us a start date within two weeks. When the day arrived for the work to start Sam arrived with his van full of the required materials. He was friendly and courteous at all times. He worked really hard and was a pleasure to have in the house. We had ordered a new oven and a microwave separately which Sam installed for us within the agreed price. Two days later, with little mess, the kitchen had been transformed. Sam had completed our kitchen which by then looked completely different with new door and drawer fronts, new handles, work tops, sink and taps, corniches, plinths and end panels all as new. Sam had taken real pride in his work and it really showed. It looked beautiful. The whole process from ordering the kitchen to completion took about three weeks. We were delighted with the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone who wants restoration work carried out.

We contacted The Kitchen Restoration Company after obtaining quotes from local suppliers, expecting they would be unable to meet our requirements for new tiling/splashbacks in addition to new worksurfarces, sink, taps and extractor fan. Within 24 hours we had an arranged visit from a salesperson who was able to assure us our requirements could be met and was able to provide a quote significantly lower than those obtained from other suppliers. We did feel a little pressured to accept the quote immediately, but our request for time to consider was accepted. Having confirmed our order a few days later, we received a call and visit from a surveyor, who re-measured, drew up plans and an installation date was agreed. Due to late delivery of sink/taps (by another supplier!) the installation date was changed, without fuss, at our request. Two days were allowed for installation, however the two fitters worked so hard they completed the work within one day. We are delighted with the result - we have a 'new' kitchen at considerably less cost than expected. We would not hesitate to recommend The Kitchen Restoration Company to others.

We had a very quick response from our original enquiry with a kitchen consultant coming to see us within a matter of days. He immediately understood our requirements which included moving the sink as well as some existing units. He gave considered advice about the most suitable style of door front to blend in with our Edwardian house, giving us an updated but not too modern look. We had a further visit from a surveyor to confirm the order was correct and then shortly afterwards a fitter came to move the units and fix new doors and sink. Unlike many contractors they arrived when they said they would and finished the works when they said they would! Everyone involved was professional and personable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We saved a fortune too.

Our kitchen had been fitted years ago and the cupboards were good quality and solid, but looked a little dated. We decided to replace the doors and drawer fronts and wanted white. The measuring and costing was really quick and the worst part of the process was having to empty all the cupboards as we have 26. The man came on the day arranged and worked really hard all day. So that when I came home (hubby had the day off) I was really surprised and pleased whole result. I just needed to refill the cupboards and I had a new kitchen. And all completed before Christmas.

Very efficient service from ringing up to request a brochure. Everything was done for me a visit from the salesman at a time that was convenient to us,every thing was explained to us what would happen if we were to have our kitchen upgraded. A full breakdown was then given to us which included new doors, drawer fronts, handles and work tops. Which we were very happy with never once did we feel pressured into anything. After which the full cost of the restoration was given to us including everything we wanted no hidden extras. We arranged a time for the designer to come and measure everything up again at a time that suited us. He then gave us a date which was suitable for us. The fitter arrived on time on the day we had chosen, he was very efficient and did the job perfectly for us and very quickly finishing the job on the same day and was very polite and tidy in his work, making sure we were happy with his workmanship before he left I would certainly recommend this company Steve Lindop

My kitchen was tired, so decided that I would renew doors etc as my carcasses were in good condition The fitter had to alter / add bits that the surveyor had not thought about,also door handles bang against each other !!!! Whilst I am 80% satisfied I am very unhappy with the quality of the stainless steel sink,it is now about 5 months old and it is has marked very easily it is worse than the one that had been there since 2002.I am a very careful person and have anti-scratch mats on the draining board but it really is not wearing well. The fitter was very good but if I look closely there are bits that I can fault...a door handle on a slant doors slightly out of line......perhaps I am being too picky I would recommend your firm but I would not recommend the surveyor I had

Our kitchen was 23 years old so in need of a face lift. We had new door and drawer fronts, new worktop, plinths and sink. It has made our kitchen look much larger, cleaner and more modern at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. The service we received was excellent from start to finish and the work was completed in one day. We would certainly recommend The Kitchen Restoration Company.

First Rate. The salesman was the most laid back and least pressurised I have ever come across. A very good start. The fitter Steve Dennick was superb. He worked really hard and produced a great finished product. A hose from the dishwasher came free from the waste unit late on Friday evening as he was leaving, Nothing to do with him but he stayed and put a stiff jointing pipe and two jubilee clips on it from his van and made it safe. The kitchen? Looks brilliant. First class.

The positives: seems like a good product and the fitter Rich was really professional. Two really important things that were let down by... The negative: the sales administration was a muddle with no contract received and no promised price breakdown. After 10 days I chased confirmation of the order. The worst bit: on installation there was a missing shelf which a manager Chris Davis promised would be sent...five texts and three months later I am still waiting for the correct shelf. Motto: Don't pay the balance until you have everything!!

Fitter turned up on the day arranged. Worked really hard until after 7 pm. He (Phil) did a really good job and even repaired a few other bits and pieces on the way! Hardly any tea breaks he just got on with the jobe and I am very pleased with it. I have had friends and family in to admire it and my "fussy" daughter was impressed! Took two days as promised and he cleared up all the mess (sawdust etc)

Had door fronts, drawer fronts replaced + new sink and trims and stuff. The fitter, Mark, was top drawer (if you'll pardon the pun) :-) Needed remedial as a door was wrongly measured. No probs at all. Didn't expect it to be sorted until after Christmas but it was by Chris - another top bloke. Really friendly people (mind you, as a northerner I'd expect that from Brummies) ;-) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lot. Professional, friendly, efficient - what more could you ask for eh? Oh! my wife found the kitchen restoration company in a magazine she said could she have her kitchen done or even enquire to have somebody call to see what it would be cost and time wise they came and took details of the kitchen gave us plenty of choices patterns designs worktops etc the price was very reasonable and did the whole job 2 weeks later in 2 days . our fitter called peter was perfect an inspiration to the company perfect in his manner his cleanliness and his work the kitchen looks a picture now and I was the one who said to my wife are you sure you want a new kitchen make-over well I am glad that I did perfect kitchen from a perfect company recommend them and any one is welcome to see mine anytime many thanks restoration company john fullalove
