We used HJ for our kitchen refurb. We were very impressed overall with the service, delivery, fitting and quality of the kitchen. Sean and his team were excellent at communication and problem solving and brought the kitchen in on time and on budget.

We popped into the Bournemouth shop out of interest more than anything. 2 hours later after an absolutely brilliant presentation by Anna Marksén we were sold on the idea of a Harvey Jones kitchen. Anna worked with us throughout the process and helped to make sure we stayed within in budget (not something I expected). She project managed the whole thing to an extremely high standard but that apart I have to say that everybody played their part from surveyors to painters. We have ended up with a truly fabulous kitchen that anybody would be proud to own. Thank you so much to Anna and all at Harvey Jones.

We have just signed off on our second Harvey Jones kitchen and as with our first venture, could not be happier. We moved to a new property and embarked on a significant refurbishment. We approached a number of local and national kitchen designers/manufacturers but happily returned to Harvey Jones, knowing that we would receive an excellent product at a competitive price. Sean Ogilvie at the Westbourne showroom came up trumps and as with our previous experience, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish we were involved, consulted and kept fully informed every step of the way. Sean’s attention to detail is fantastic and we felt that our best interests were always put first and foremost. Our kitchen fitter Richard was outstanding as was the painter, Mark who installed and finished our kitchen to an incredibly high standard. In a highly competitive market, I think it says volumes that we have chosen to return to Harvey Jones and as before, the finished product has exceeded our expectations.

Our new Harvey Jones kitchen is now complete and despite a couple of unfortunate delays primarily, due to staff illness, we are very happy customers. I have purchased bespoke kitchens before but the Harvey Jones difference and quality speaks for itself. I would like to give a special mention to Anna in the Winchester/Bournemouth office who worked with us tirelessly to fine tune the design to fully optimise the space available. I would thoroughly recommend.

We used our local showroom for re-modelling and fitting our new kitchen. From beginning to end we could not fault Anna and the whole team. Suggestions were made that we had not thought of. Everything was fully explained from start to finish. Calls and email queries promptly actioned. All dates adhered to and before signing off on the job a home visit where small snags spotted which we had not even seen. Theses were actioned promptly and now all signed off. We cannot fault the service and attention received from everyone , from Anna to the builder suggested, the fitters and the painter. We cannot recommend them highly enough

When we first met with Anna, at Bournemouth Harvey Jones studio, we didn’t have much of an idea at all on the type of kitchen we wanted. The kitchen would be built within a new extension of a period property, so would need to reflect and blend old with new. Very quickly, Anna got to know us and to understand the type of kitchen we were envisaging. From a practical perspective, as a family with young children that likes to entertain, and from a design viewpoint. Anna appreciated how important it was for the kitchen to complement the other renovation works being done. Together, we came up with the overall design and then the finer details were all agreed in quite a short space of time. Anna was excellent in suggesting the different options that would work for taps, splashback, paint colours etc. We also had fun drawing up a bespoke chimney housing unit for the extractor. From a kitchen design perspective, they were excellent throughout. We had a (very!) last minute change of mind in terms of the worktop, but HJ dealt with this straight away and with no issues at all. We had to delay fitting of the kitchen a few times, but again this was not an issue. HJ were in regular communication with our building contractor to co-ordinate fitting, installation and painting of the units. Regularly onsite, their project management was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones. In fact, we have already recommended them to friends as we are so happy with our fabulous kitchen!

We are very very happy with the final product. I installed the kitchen and sourced worktops and appliances myself. Anna was very helpful from start to finish. She offered info and advice through out the whole project and was happy to advise if my ideas were daft! She produced many images and plans until the final arrangement was agreed. I never felt like I was asking too much or being a pain. The kitchen arrived precisely when it was supposed to (regardless of the Covid problems) and without any damages or parts missing. It was exactly as described. The good quality of this kitchen made the installation relatively easy for a competent DIYer although I did allow additional time to ensure I didn't need to rush at all. Harvey Jones organised painting of the kitchen units after installation. The decorator was a nice bloke, easy to have about the house and finished the units to a very high standard. Thanks Mark! I would certainly recommend Harvey Jones. Thanks Anna for all your help and for making my first (and only) kitchen purchase easy.

After shopping around several high end kitchen companies we were delighted to have come across Harvey Jones, slightly by accident. We worked with their Cheltenham branch and Lara was exceptionally helpful every step of the way. We loved their hand made, hand painted finishes which have added real value to our recently extended home. Plus the kitchens were made in the UK which meant their competitors were getting more expensive all the time due to imports. The service was very good. Harvey Jones also put a project manager specifically on the site installation so everything went smoothly. The one criticism we had was the delivery company they use was a painful experience and didnt reflect the quality of service Harvey Jones themselves were providing. But we don’t see this as directly related to Harvey Jones who we’d recommend and I understand they might have moved on to better delivery companies since our feedback.

3 years on from commissioning we remain very happy with both the kitchen and the design - we have found nothing we would want to change nor anything we regret doing. Quality (one of the original decisions for using HJ) of fit, finish (after some debate about paint type and colour) has been good with only one service call for door alignment - so very hard to fault. The advice on worktops was spot on and we are very, very happy with the Silestone result - well done Sean! So overall we are very content with our choices and the decision to use HJ - Sean Ogilvie in Westbourne was really easy to work with - he listened and guided and the result for us was just about perfect. Ironically after all the paint type debate we went with Little Green Oil based eggshell which has proved to be really hard wearing and colour fast.
