Have had the pleasure of using Falcon Installations twice now. I can't recommend them highly enough. Every stage from initial consultation, measuring, fitting and aftercare has been fantastic. All members of staff have been very professional and great to deal with. Particularly impressed with the after sales service. We had a couple of small marks on window handles on a new window when installed. New handles were instantly ordered and replaced within a week. When I casually mentioned to our fitter that our front door which we had had installed two years ago was a little bit stiff to open he looked at it straight away and fixed with no hassle there and then. Would recommend Falcon to anyone.

Had a new door installed on our brick built shed (man cave). Ian the installer was superb and carried out the work to a fantastic standard. Even cleared up afterwards and also took away an old wooden door which was left in the shed by the previous owner. Will certainly use Falcon again and will definitely recommend them.

We had an old conservatory from 2006 constructed by a local builder and it regrettably suffered from subsidence dropping about 2” due to the poor nature of the soil. We consulted with several companies before settling upon Falcon to completely demolish the old building and reconstruct a new conservatory on a raft foundation to a slightly new design with a solid roof and Velux windows. From start to finish, every member of the team, from sales to construction were transparent and helpful, given I’m a retired new building inspector in the world of shipbuilding, I had lots of questions and the builders never tired of explaining the processes thoroughly. The result is a most stunning conservatory, in every way like an extension of the house. The foundations alone were an intricate combination of concrete and steel reinforcement. The warm roof looks stunning too, inside and out. The construction was thorough and finished to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Falcon from the smallest to the largest of installation projects.

We are very pleased with the doors that we had fitted, particularly the front door as it has transformed the look of our hall completely. The service was very good and the installers were very pleasant and left no mess at all, in all a very good job. We would certainly recommend Falcon to friends and family and if in the future we require any further work done would use them again. However, the only one small criticism that we would make, is the fact that it would have been nice to have had an acknowledgment and receipt for our payment, even though I rang and requested one, it was not forthcoming.

From the moment of enquiry to the finish of the install of our fascias and soffits and replacement French doors and windows, Falcon have been nothing short of amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a service they provide. Their prices are extremely reasonable. At our quote appointment with Keith, he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push at all to get them more money. We looked around at a few places, including some very well known National companies, with several different ideas of what we were looking for, and Falcon were the only to quote for our first and ideal option, at almost half the price of some quotes we had received! From quote to install was very quick (around 4 weeks) and within the time estimate they had given us. Matthew and James were with us for the installation for 2 days in scorching heat! Thier attention to detail was impeccable and hardly seen in the trade sector these days. They were the nicest guys and didn't moan about the heat or take countless breaks (like I would have expected in the hot weather),they just cracked on and got the job done. A really rarity in the trade industry! We are so pleased we went for Falcon and wouldn't hesitate to go back again for any more home improvements that we need. Keep up the good work guys 😊

I am delighted with the quality and appearance of my new windows and doors and would have no hesitation in recommending Falcon Installations. I found them to be very reliable, punctual and professional from start to finish. I invited several companies to quote for the replacement of 12 windows, 2 external doors and French doors and found the Falcon salesman Mike to be friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the product. He clearly explained the specification options and after some negotiation we arrived at a price that was very competitive. Importantly, he didn’t try pushy sales techniques used by some of the other companies. The surveyors were also very thorough (everything fitted perfectly) and the customer service team were helpful. The installers were superb, they arrived on time each day and were friendly, tidy and worked very efficiently. They attended to all my requests (even helping to remove old sofas while the door frames were out!) they caused no damage to wall or window sills and paid excellent attention to detail. They explained the fitting and finishing options and I’m very pleased with the standard of installation. A small niggle with a few unwanted window bars was quickly rectified without a fuss. Overall, the windows and doors are sturdy, secure, draught free and the look of the house has been transformed! All works were completed just prior to Christmas as promised and FENSA certificates have arrived, which provide reassurance for the long term. Very pleased customer.

Falcon came recommended by a colleague. They fitted 4 windows and from the quotation to the fitting , the service was excellent . Having used Falcon for work in our old house we were happy to get their quote for a new conservatory on our new property. All the quotes we had were roughly the same, however knowing that they did a good job previously Falcon got the job! This was a very good decision as everything went very well. Anthony and Dan did the majority of the hard graft and what a super job they did.We had other work going on in the house and all the other tradesmen coming in and out were very complimentary about the whole operation!. We had a window partially bricked up and a new backdoor next to the conservatory and it all looks fab! The new solid roof and underfloor heating has meant we could use the space throughout the winter, something we couldn’t do with our previous upvc conservatory. We need a new front door next and will definitely be using the team at Falcon again!

Purchased new composite fount door and windows. Price was very competitive especially after we had experienced the hard sell from national company who quoted almost twice the price. Sales experience was great with no pressure and high quality product. The fitting was also very good with the end result a very neat and tidy job. Only glitch was change in fitting times with delayed communication from office to us which could be better. But overall good experience and we are going back to complete makeover with remaining rear windows. Would recommend 2nd phase of install now completed in summer and all rear windows replaced along with patio door and new back door. Very happy with the quality and great service along with competitive price. In fitting the rear door window some of the previous brickwork was loose and came away. The fitters were brilliant and organised for the bricks to be re-attached the following day with no cost or hassle to ourselves. Keep up this great local service from a great team.

After deciding we wanted to stay at our property instead of moving we contacted several different conservatory companies for quotes. We had not come across Falcon Installations before but after reading reviews we got them out to give us a quote. The quote was very reasonable and fair, Kevin went through everything with us, drew up cad plans and showed us how it was costed which was great. To give a some context falcon were half the cost of some of the leading companies. The conservatory was build in 2 weeks from start to finish using the durabase which is fantastic - the team on site were clean, well mannered and worked to a great standard. The end product is exceptional, we are very happy with it. Falcon customer service has been first class, always available to speak to, quick to get back to you and care about you as a customer. Highly recommend - fair, reasonable and great quality!!

Falcon have upgraded my plastic roof conservatory to a warmroof conservatory the difference is amazing with the house a lot warmer. Falcon were fantastic from a very relaxed no pressure survey & quote through to a visit to check everything was ok. The Guys working on the conservatory were brilliant working through all weathers and to a high standard of work. I would definetly recommend Falcon.

Simon (who came for the initial quotation/pricing) was lovely too. I really liked his no nonsense sales pitch - as in this is what you want, this is the price. (And a good price it was too!!). Not like some companies who quote the earth and are then offering 'discounts' and phoning managers to 'check if there's anything more I can do for you luv'.

Falcon recently completed a conservatory for us and I have to say it was cracking job done. As a bonus, all the guys who came to do the work were a joy to have around. Always cheerful and efficient. No mess left and excellent quality of workmanship practiced. Falcon will be back to do a garage conversion before the on set of winter.
