Gemma, Tony and the team were extremely helpful in the design process and patient while we debated/struggled to make decisions. We went for the Aldana in marine and have had multiple comments on the quality and colour. I fitted myself but yate kitchens still freely offered tips and advice. All the kitchen parts were separated and clearly marked. On building the pull out larder I discovered a broken part which was replaced efficiently too. The delivery men were courteous and respectful and helped me to stack all the parts in a orderly fashion. all in all, quality service and product. thanks for our beautiful new kitchen.

Tony helped us to upgrade an original 1970s kitchen & separate utility. I went with Yate Kitchens as they are happy to work with different budgets – I chose to spend more to get what I wanted but liked that they didn’t expect a blank cheque. I spoke to quite a few kitchen places and, for me, they had the best selection of colours and styles. They are on top of all the latest developments in kitchen design and can replicate any design you find elsewhere and will be competitive on cost. Most importantly, client service is important to them. I had a long-running project and several changes in my design which Tony always happily accommodated. I had my own builders but they were on hand to help right until the end of the project. If I was re-doing the project from scratch, I would definitely use Yate Kitchens again.

We are really pleased with our kitchen from Yate Kitchen Company. Gemma and the team have always be available to discuss concerns and modify any layout requests. On visiting the show room we were given plenty of time to browse at our leisure, but aware Gemma was around if we had any questions. Ordering was a straightforward process, and we were kept updated with regards to delivery, which was exactly as planned. One of our draw inserts didn’t pass the quality check but this was re-ordered and delivered as soon as possible. We chose to have our kitchen fitted by our builder, but they only had praise for how everything was organised from delivery, to where everything was going down to boxing and labelling all the screws. The carpenter commented it was the best quality kitchen he had ever fitted! Nothing was too much trouble, and we have been really impressed with their customer service. We have already recommended Yate Kitchen Company to our friends and family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!

My new kitchen supplied by Yate Kitchens is stunning. I had very specific requirements regarding the plan, colour and style of the units and worktops, and a big problem in that the standard size of tall units would not fit under the beams in my kitchen. After approaching several companies who purport to offer a “bespoke” service, none of them could supply the customised units I needed, so to my surprise and relief Tony at Yate Kitchens listened carefully to what I wanted and was able to oblige in every respect, and he made helpful suggestions for improving the plan. The kitchen units and doors were all perfect when they arrived, and it was installed with no problem by my brother’s company who have years of experience in kitchen installation. Without this personal contact I would have been more than happy for Yate Kitchens to install it based on the high-quality service they provided. Overall, I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

Having first been to a National kitchen company where we couldn't get the right combination of units and worktops, we went initially to Yate Kitchens just to have a look at a showroom of an independent. We were impressed by the service and the excellent range of high quality kitchen units and quartz worktops at Yate Kitchens. We already had a detailed plan of what we wanted and they were able to work to that and offer all that we required and quickly gave a competitive price. Despite restrictions with Covid we were given an installation date, which was adhered to. The fitters led by Dave were first class and were very accommodating of all our requirements and needs, checking in with us at the end of each day with the progress and addressing any queries. We are delighted with the resulting kitchen and its quality and functionality. We would very much like to thank Yate Kitchens and recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality kitchen.

Yate Kitchens did an amazing job supplying and fitting our beautiful new kitchen. The units and worktops supplied and fitted are of a high standard and finish with lots of standard elements that other companies would charge extra for. They rescued us after the liquidation of a previous company. Tony in the showroom was very helpful with our new design and very patient with my indecisions and changes. We did a lot via email and telephone due to lockdown and visits to the showroom were via appointments. It has been a difficult year but we overcame (with their help) supply difficulties (I am so pleased with the wonderful worktops). We are so pleased with our beautiful kitchen and the bespoke elements Terry their fitter was able to make, not something that every kitchen company would be able to provide. All of their tradesmen (Terry and Joe the fitters, the electrician, the plasterer and the worktop supplier) were all polite and tidy, keeping us up to date with any changes and timings of arrivals, timetable of works etc. I would definitely recommend this lovely family business to anyone looking for a new kitchen. I can’t recommend Yate kitchens enough, Tony was a massive help in the showroom from listening to what we wanted to helping us with some suggestions a long the way, always helpful when we had changed our minds on a few things. Terry and his team was very professional in the work he did, always onsite on time and were very clean workers. Always accommodating as we added a few extra jobs at short notice (spot lights in living room instead of wall lights and turning a coat and shoe cupboard into a cloakroom with toilet, sink and radiator). Always talked us through the what work was going to be carried out each day. We recommend them for kitchen and other work around the house and will use again.

The showroom is good with great displays to give you ideas and they were helpful and friendly throughout our 'new kitchen ' journey. We had to change the kitchen design more than once and they accommodated our requests each time without complaint and ordered any extra units quickly. Gemma never ran out of patience when i called weekly to change a design and was very prompt in her replies and always helpful. Quality of the units are great and the value for money was excellent, we priced up a very similar kitchen with a well known local supplier and it was 20% more expensive for the same kitchen. Very happy with the whole service and quality from beginning to end ( and this was longer time than expected due to COVID lockdown ) and they supported us throughout .

Cannot recommend Yate Kitchens highly enough. Moved into a new house mid-last year, and with 20 years of neglect needed everything doing to it, so had to stick to tight budget. After ridiculous quotes from Wren and others, stumbled upon Yate Kitchens - and in a nutshell: - Great price (comparable/cheaper than Wickes) - MUCH HIGHER quality units (thicker backs, glass sides to drawers, handles included) HOW? they are based on an industrial unit rather than an expensive retail park, and don't advertise on TV etc. So unlike a Wren, you aren't paying for their operating/marketing expenses. Can't testify to their design ability as we went in with the design we had done ourselves. We had our large kitchen on a supply only basis (as our builder had to take down a wall), but we are EXTREMELY happy with it. Drawers are solid, lovely cutlery trays, great larder. Service is great - during install we needed some more shelves, and just a quick call and they sent more (no fee). Now recommend them to friends/customers to at least have a visit to their showroom and get a quote. But we cannot fault them. Supply time is good and delivered on the day we said. Most units are pre-built as well. As I said our experience with Yate Kitchens was first class. Thanks Tony!

I cant recommend this place highly enough. As soon as we walked in and saw all the thank you cards, we knew we wanted to buy our kitchen there - a much more personal service than any of the DIY chains. I already knew exactly what I wanted and had a drawing ready, but Tony still came up with lots of ideas of how to improve things. I didn't use their fitting service as we wanted to fit it ourselves. We did have the quartz worktops fitted by their team though, who were excellent and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. The quality of the units was superb, easily on a par with the more expensive shops we'd visited. They all came pre-assembled which saved us loads of time on the fitting. We were especially impressed with the removable backs (although hopefully we wont need to take them out to investigate any pipework!) and the glass sides on the pan drawers. We had a matching unit specially made to fit as a window seat which turned out perfectly. Unlike the chain stores, who only supply the bare minimum, Yate supply plenty of lengths of plinth and trims which allowed us a few mistakes while fitting, as well as enough bits left to make a matching wine rack! We are so pleased with the result and would recommend to anyone.

We live in a typical 3 bedroom semi in Kingswood with a familiar problem, lack of storage space in the small galley kitchens. We were recommended to talk to Yate kitchens so we called into their impressive showroom. We spent some considerable time deciding on colour/style etc and explained our issues with Tony. He agreed to visit our property to give a full survey. He suggested pull out units, a large corner base and a "magic corner" unit. We agreed and found we have now increased our storage space by 50%! Terry came out on the agreed date to fit the kitchen which he did to an extremely high standard. All the units, tiling survey and fitting was completed on time and below our budget. Look, forget the big sheds. If you want a solution to your kitchen replacement then go to Yate Kitchens. They are a small family run business that cannot afford advertising so rely on recommendations. Go and see Gemma and Tony in their showroom and you may end up learning the secrets of the "magic corner unit"!

We've just had a complete kitchen refurbishment carried out by Yate Kitchens. From the initial visit to their showroom until the end of the project, it has been an absolute joy! The quality of the units and all of the appliances is excellent. The quality of the workmanship is fabulous too, with great attention to detail. All of the staff in the showroom are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with nothing too much trouble for them. The team organised the electrician, plasterer, tiler and flooring person so that the whole project ran like a well oiled machine. Team Terry and Joe were always prompt, professional and polite, answering any queries we may have put to them. There was no mess at the end of each day - everything was cleared up and put ready for their return the following morning. Highly recommend Yate Kitchens. From the warm welcome when we first visited, the help, advice and planning done by Tony and the team, the delivery of the kitchen (this was brilliant as every single carcass/door/panel etc was clearly labelled which made it easy for our own fitter to follow). We had one issue with a carcass which was sorted within a couple of hours so wasn't a problem. The quartz worktop was fitted by an external company used by Yate Kitchens and again the service from them was great. The quality of the kitchen is really lovely and at a very competitive price. From the first day of visiting the Showroom, to its inception and finish, I can highly recommend Yate Kitchens. Truly professional, a local business, and we like to support local businesses. Jamie was endlessly patient while I changed firstly some small aspects of his original design, then the layout of the corner cupboards and finally the type of work surface! Thank you especially to the builders and fitters David and Mark - always punctual, cheerful, clean and tidy and they even finished half a day early, leaving the cupboards immaculately clean (completely ready to simply be filled) and their attention to detail was such that they had even set the clocks on the oven and microwave! Leaving the entire project in the hands of Yate Kitchens meant that they sorted out not only the removal and disposal of the old kitchen but also all the building work, re-plastering, plumbing, electrical work and delivery and installation of the new kitchen. Yate Kitchen review Feb 2020 We love our new kitchen – it's given our house a new lease of life. Everything looks an feels good quality and suits the style of our house well. We're already recommending Yate Kitchens to our friends. THE GOOD: Tony and Terry fitted our kitchen in early December 2019 – all on the dates promised, and within planned timescale. We compared a range of High Street kitchens, and had other quotes – Yate Kitchens were competitive with no corner cutting on quality. From the start Tony and the team were never in salesman mode. They listened to us, and designed a kitchen around what we wanted. We never felt like there was pressure to buy/upgrade etc. The quote you get includes everything you discuss... not just removing the old kitchen and fitting the new, but also stripping off old tiling, making good plaster, re-fixing power points, and water supples etc They were also happy to carry out extra small works (at extra cost) eg: moving a radiator. We chose one of the cheapest ranges of units/doors – but they all seem to be high quality and look great. We felt very safe leaving Terry and his team in our home while we were at work, and generally they were tidy, and friendly. NOT SO GOOD: There were some things which were not deal breakers.. but maybe thoughts for Tony and Terry in the future: You have to pay for all the work (units and labour) before they start... that takes some trust. But it was fine and everything went to plan. We would have liked more creative suggestions with use of space, concealed heating, different lighting etc..we researched some things ourselves and Tony and the team worked them in. We are VERY very fussy people... and over all we were happy BUT we were little disappointed at one or two details of the finishing, like a corner of plastering that was left for us to fill with polyfilla. SUMMARY Thank you Tony and Terry. Our kitchen is fantastic. It was fitted on schedule and on budget.. price was very competitive, yet the quality of workmanship and units as high as any High Street brands. We have no hesitation in recommending you. We have just had our kitchen replacement completed in time for Christmas by Yate Kitchen Co. The experience has been smooth and everything went completely to plan, from visiting the showroom to the actual fitting. The first design that was produced needed absolutely no alterations as it was perfect, and we were impressed to get a pre-visit from the fitter to discuss everything in advance and to check that all was what we wanted. We were even able to go into the showroom a month in advance and change some of our requirements - all of this was accommodated with no additional cost or fuss. The fitter (Dave) was really helpful and contactable, and reassuring, which is nice when you have no kitchen for a few days! We are very pleased with the final job, and would highly recommend Yate Kitchen co. We have had one small issue since with a handle coming off, which, as soon as I mentioned it, was sorted. My wife and I were looking for a new kitchen, something of high quality that wouldn't cost the earth. We visited all of the chain stores and a few independent kitchen studios but everything was either too expensive or of poor quality. We almost gave up on the idea, that was until a family friend suggested that we pay a visit to Yate Kitchen Company. We visited their brand new showroom which only opened in Jan - we were very impressed with the large range that they had on display. We were greeted very shortly after entering the showroom by a team of very knowledgeable staff who even offered us a hot drink whilst we looked around. Once we had a bit of an idea what we were looking for, one of the owners of the company came out to our house and measured everything up. He then went away and came up with a design for us and provided us with a no obligation quote - all of this so far without any charge at all. Well, we decided to go ahead and we accepted the quote, the quality of the goods was fantastic and the price was very reasonable. We took the opportunity to use their professional installation service, the fitters were well presented and very tidy workers, they cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in our home. You hear horror stories about cowboy fitters and contactors who don't seem to have a clue, but the fitters from Yate Kitchen Co restored my confidence and proved that there are still some good hard workers out there who not only enjoy their job, but put a great deal of pride in their work. Anyone who is looking for a new kitchen, take my advice and make Yate Kitchen Co top of your places to visit!!

In December I finally decided I would have the 30 year old kitchen refitted. I hate pushy salesmen and didn't relish, looking at kitchen showrooms. I had planned refitting in our absence whilst we were on holiday Feb/March. Kate kitchens were so relaxed and no hard sell from anyone. Tony visited, and offered ideas, it took me a while to make up my mind, re style of unit. I ordered on 9th Jan and all pre built units were delivered on 2nd March, with no problems. I've now used the kitchen for 6 months and it certainly lives up my expectations. Thank you Tony and team.

Before I start, I have no connection with Yate Kitchen Co, nor any of their employees or owners. I am a genuine happy customer. If anyone wants to come and look at my kitchen and discuss it further with me, I'm happy for you to contact YK and get them to arrange a viewing. Yate Kitchens were a joy to deal with, from the time I spoke to Jamie, and Gemma in the showroom, to Tony providing the 3D diagram and quotes, which he amended on more than one occassion with no hassle, to Terry and his lad fitting it, and the worktop fitters that template and provide the quartz worktops. A good local firm with a high quality product and the right approach to providing a quality finish and customer care. They matched and then beat my other quotes and they have a no quibble attitude. I recommend them based on the fact that I found them better than their main competitor at Cribbs and other local independent firms. If you want to treat yourself and support a good local firm, these are the guys to go to for a special kitchen. If you want a cheaper but lower quality kitchen and impersonal customer care, you could try the big DIY stores, but the two are miles apart in terms of build quality and not worthy of comparison. I covered the preparation, decoration, main plumbing alterations and electrical work seperately and supplied appliances, but they will do all this for you if you need it. Good job lads and lasses, we're happy.

I went to Yate kitchens after getting very frustrated with B & Q. It was definitely one of my better decisions. There were three of us having new kitchens on my estate around the same time. Each of us chose different local companies. Yate kitchens were the only one to finish on time (one week). The standard of the units and appliances was very good and the fitting was of the highest quality. It is apparent that they really take a great deal of pride in what they do. If you are after anything done in your kitchen then pay them a visit. You will find them helpful, knowledgable , professional and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have recently purchased our kitchen from Yate Kitchens Co and been delighted with both the product and service provided. Having looked at all of the major national suppliers including Wren and Howdens we chose Yate based on cost and quality of the cabinets, fittings and the excellent service. We decided to install the kitchen ourselves and handed over our design to YK Co who provided a detailed list of items to be purchased. The kitchen arrived on time and was arranged in the order in which they were to be used. A couple of items that we damaged and an extra requirement were supplied very quickly. I'm glad that John Lewis wanted to charge me £250 just to deliver the 4 cupboards I needed for the boiler/ utility room. The Zola white fronted ones I chose at Yate Kitchens were almost half the price of JL's. More than that they were 720 mm height compared to 560mm at JL so I got a much bigger cupboard for much less money. And, NO delivery charge slapped on top ! They look brilliant and every bit as good as the ones at JL would have done. Not that I've have them yet - I'd still be waiting for delivery! The cupboards were well made with cam and dowel strongly holding it all together. I particularly liked the German hanging brackets that meant they were a doddle to fit and could be micro adjusted for fusspots like me I put a cupboard next to the boiler to hide the pump and pipes and Magnaclean unit. This had to have 12 holes jigsawed out of it and the back removed. It was easy to take the unit apart and cut each side in turn and then reassemble it on the wall. Had the dowels been glued this would have been next to impossible To say I'm delighted is a massive understatement. Alan Sterry

I have a trade account with one of the biggest kitchen suppliers in the country who most will know of and even though I have the highest discount terms, Yate Kitchens still come out the cheapest and the quality is far superior. When I need a kitchen now and dont even bother wasting my time shopping around, Im full steam ahead straight to Yate Kitchens.They've got by-far the BIGGEST selection of kitchen ranges available, if you cant find what you want there then you probably wont find it at all ! They carry huge stocks of their main ranges of kitchen units which is great especially when I have needed to amend the kitchen layout on the spot or add to the order, I can simply go to their warehouse and get it straight away - most companies have to order it in etc..I have recommended many family and friends to Yate Kitchens of which four of these have had the complete supply and installation service what is available from Yate and all of them are beyond happy and over the moon with everything - couldn't fault the fitters, even to the small things like sweeping & tidying up after their selves everyday which says alot - to the superb quality fit and attention to detail in the carpentry, plumbing and tiling works. Go in Yate Kitchens showroom and see the hundreds of letters and recommendations which they have on show from the past years - dont just take my word for it!!!! Give Yate Kitchens a try, you dont have anything to loose, only to GAIN!! I did. Keep up the hard work Yate.

Our kitchen hasn't been delivered yet but based on what we've experienced thry have to get 5*. Whilst not competitive with some of the others out there we believe they are £ for £ the right ones for us. It felt right from the moment we visited their show room. Plus they are a local famy company rather than a huge national company. They went out of their way to get things for a tight deadline and would have come through but we changed our mind and went for another style that wasn't available. We are looking forward to it arriving and will update with poctures when it's fitted.
