The planning staff at the Cardiff showroom were very helpful, using their experience and knowledge in designing the kitchen plan to suit the environment, with a layout including cabinets, doors, plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances and the worktop surface. the workmen - fitters, listened to our responses during work being done and accommodated with any changes that were made in agreement with Wren kitchen approval. the work carried out was executed according to the timetable, as planned.

Perfect end to end experience From the minute we walked into the Wren showroom we felt we were in safe hands. We had an excellent design experience with lots of ideas and guidance. The resulting kitchen came in at a very competitive price and with quality products. Wren were most supportive when our build works became delayed, rescheduling dates for our installation on more than one occasion. The delivery teams were friendly and efficient and the installers were brilliant. We were kept in the loop at all times and agreed dates and times were met. Wren provided a great customer journey and we could not be happier with our super kitchen.

Our kitchen fitter and subsequent members of the wider Wren team were really second to none. All of the measuring process was easy and hassle-free and we felt that once our kitchen fitter turned up, the job was clear and would go off without a hitch! When it come to the installation of the kitchen, our fitter was professional, tidy and kept us in the loop at all times. The finish on our kitchen, even in the smallest areas is really sublime. The whole process of designing, choosing, purchasing and delivery of our new kitchen was seamless. The initial virtual design was excellent, we were invited to the store to finalise our choices. Matt did all he could do make sure the costs stayed down, and really helped us create a design suitable for our needs. The delivery of the kitchen was great, everything packaged really well and the delivery guys made sure everything was delivered before leaving. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic, and although we were short on some cornice, Wren rectified that very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Really useful to have the digital survey as this enabled us to see how the kitchen would look. We were then able to see that we had enough room for an island. Had wren to design and fit my kitchen. Design was great and happy with the installation however 3 months after installation I had a problem with my integrated fridge freezer. Although I purchased everything from wren they have no interest in resolving the issue. I've had to deal with the manufacturer directly and am still awaiting a replacement. Also sockets for my appliances aren't accessible as tucked behind built-in microwave and plinth

From the first quote and design appointment I found Wren to be very thorough, honest and professional. The designer was friendly and talked me through every step of the process. I explained that I wanted open shelving instead of some wall units, and he told me that I should buy shelves separately from a different place as it was much more cost effective, which I really appreciated. The person that came to measure the kitchen was also very friendly, and extremely thorough. I trusted that all the measurements were correct, and he showed me and explained each step he was taking. After paying a deposit I changed my mind on which worktop to have. Changing the feature of the kitchen was very simple and the designer ensured that I had everything I needed. The delivery was easy and simple. I was kept updated as to date and time, and they arrived when they said they would. Upon fitting the kitchen we found that we were short 4 pegs for the shelves in the units. I contacted Wren and they sent some out immediately. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received. The quality of the kitchen is exactly what I wanted too.

Excellent service from start to finish. Design staff understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and produced a layout which gave us what we wanted. Delivery service was also excellent,on time and the delivery men were careful bringing the items into the property. We used our own kitchen installer who had no issues.The documents supplied by Wren were very easy to understand and the drawings were very detailed. The finish was as we expected and we are extremely pleased with the new kitchen. Peeling off the protective layer on the cabinets was probably the most difficult part of the job,but very quick to do.

The service I received from Wren all the way through was amazing. I never once felt pressured to buy and the lady in the showroom was so patient and helpful unlike another kitchen store that I visited. The delivery was quick and the drivers explained what I had to do if there were any problems. One piece was damaged when we unpacked it but I logged it on the app and a replacement was sent out straight away. I would definitely use Wren again in future.

Our fitter Craig Williams, was incredible and turned our kitchen around in 4 days and even paid for a Greggs run! Just an all around good guy and a talented fitter. From the moment I entered a bright and spacious showroom, I felt welcome, valued and heard. I was met by the kitchen designer, who, unlike designers in other kitchen showrooms in and around Cardiff, was happy to take a look at my drawings and translate them onto his computer screen without the need to visit my home first. I chose my own delivery date, I was kept informed and consulted throughout, the installer visited me a couple of times; they both explained and answered all sorts of little questions hatched by my worried mind and when the kitchen was finally installed it was STUNNING! Not only that, but when my installer noticed the tiniest little chip at the very bottom of one of the cabinet doors, the replacement was sent and fitted without a question within days. Really, really impressed :o)

It was actually the NEWPORT store that we got our kitchen, not the Cardiff one, but the Newport one is not on the review list that you've sent me. Experience was mixed, really. We had a lot of different designers at first who, although all very nice, we not very forthcoming with ideas to make our vision work. We finally ended up with a designer called Beata who was superb. She was clear, direct and knew exactly what to do to get us the kitchen we wanted. We were really pleased with our final design. Delivery was very good - initially. The main bulk of the kitchen was carried through our small doorways expertly. There turned out to be several damaged items (despite copious amounts of packaging), which Wren replaced promptly. The kitchen quartz worktop was due to come from a company called Rotherham's. I found the gentleman who came to measure it quite rude - he was condescending, saying our little kitchen was nothing compared to his usual jobs (that may well be true but why he felt the need to express it to us I cannot say). I ended up cancelling this worktop as I did not want to deal with this man again. We settled on a laminate worktop from Wren, which is very nice. There were some issues with the island - the finishing piece that they sent to cover the back of the cupboards at the front end was too wide, meaning that it stuck out from the island top. I called Wren and explained that this was a mistake on their part and was told that the end panels come in standard sizes and I should have noticed that it wouldn't match up! After some debating, Wren agreed to refund this piece (£200) and we made our own end panel out of scrap pieces. Would I recommend Wren? - Yes, with confidence, but you do need to keep a close eye on your order and check your paperwork carefully.

Our site surveyor was on time, very polite and professional. In store, the designer/salesman knew what he was talking about and made some really helpful suggestions. The result is a cracking new kitchen which I love. I just wish that I had used Wren's fitting service too, as if they are anywhere near as good as the other staff I dealt with, I would have had a far better experience with the fitting. From start to finish Sean listened to what I wanted and after a few drafts of different plans we got there, everybody messaged me to keep me in the loop any queries were answered and sorted straight away, delivery good the delivery men put boxes where I wanted them and also informed me of the piece that was missing as all computerised. Customer services very good had pieces left over and was given a refund for these. Just waiting for my worktop to b fitted but I have a date for this. I had my own fitter as I did find Wrens a bit too pricey (my only complaint) would recommend to family and friends.

We didn’t end up purchasing a kitchen from here. Staff were informed and process was slick. Products looked great and high quality, and competitive pricing. But we looked on Which? and Wren in general get horrendous reviews for after-sale support. We raised this with staff and it became clear that once you purchase you’re handed off to another part of the business, which is the part that doesn’t do well in Which? reviews. The member of staff who was assisting us wasn’t able to offer us any reassurances about after sale support because we’d be handed off to that other part of the business. Also, some of the literature they provide to you that compares them to Howdens for example turned out to no longer be true (for example Howdens do soft close as standard, the literature they gave us said they didn’t). Id certainly recommend popping in. Sales side great as I say. But the poor Which? reviews made us wary, so I’d go in with eyes open.

Absolutely over the moon with my kitchen! I had been assigned Shaun as my designer at Cardiff gate store and he didn’t disappoint. I had heard of bad reviews regarding delivery but they were spot on! I had a few defects in the gloss finished doors so rang costumers service and they sent them straight out no hassle at all! One door came out with another defect on it and as they say in the contract “first delivery is free” for defects. I was expecting to be charged for another door or delivery but same again they sent it out ASAP without fuss.

Its coming up to 6 months since we had our Wren kitchen fitted. We had a few quotes from other suppliers which we took to our local wren and the rest is we left to wren. We cant fault the inital sevice and plans, nor the courtesy of the chap who came out to confirm our measurement right through to delivery drivers who again were completely professional throughout. We great service from Wren Cardiff Gate. Took a long time to choose a new kitchen. We looked at Howdens, B&Q and Home base and eventually settled on Wren. The sales team and designer were not at all pushy. I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. We pockpi one from their Infinity Plus range and the hady gave me a good deal on a new dishwasher. Delivery was on time and all cabinets were preassembled and packed well. I chose to fit the units myself and found the Wren online tutorials helpful. I would recommend Wren to friends and family.

Had a supply only kitchen from Wren living in Llansamlet in Swansea , all went smoothly. Day kitchen was to be delivered it went to wrong house, informed wren before delivery they had wrong number on file and was told they would change it, kitchen was really good nothing missing or broken all was going well, until it came to fitting something so small as the tap, rung the company was told first they were sending me a part for it and would e-mail me with info, waited couple of days for e-mail but nothing when I rung was then told they would send me a new tap, waited again only to find out they still had wrong house number which I told them 4 maybe 5 times that I lived at a different number, altogether it took 11 days for me to finally get me tap that I went and picked up myself from Llanelli.

Extremely happy with the service, from start to finish, our designer Sean mcinley was very helpful (and patient) and gave us some brilliant ideas that we hadn't even considered originally, the kitchen we chose was the infinity plus country gull wing, the quality is amazing, we had our own carpenter who recommended wren, it makes his job easier as the units are already assembled, thus keeping his costs down too!.. Had one issue with a damaged end panel however after a brief phone call, a new one was delivered in less than a week, I will definitely be recommending wren
