Wrens was very professional happy to help with alteration with designs.. We were able to have the kitchen designed but delay delivery until we were ready as we were building extension. Price was reasonable they also price match appliances which we did take advantage off no problems

Our kitchen design took place virtually and followed up in person. We got the impression our designer had had very little training and it took her hours in store to put a basic design together which was slightly frustrating. We were happy enough with the price and put a deposit down for the kitchen. We were told the fitters would call the next day and our designer would then call to see how it was going and finalise plans. Once they had got our deposit no one bothered to call or get in touch at all. We waited for over a week and then read a lot of other similar reviews online about the customer services being very poor once they'd got your money. We decided to ask for our deposit back and take our custom elsewhere. Getting the deposit back should have been a simple process but was hard work too and needed several calls over a week. I think we had to wait about two weeks before we got it back. We felt like we'd had a lucky escape in the end.

We chose Wren as not only were their showrooms more impressive than other retailers but they also worked out cheaper as well! Customer service was brilliant, we really loved being able to have a 360 visualisation of the kitchen before finalising everything. The fitters we had were top notch and we were able to arrange additional work done through them. Kitchen is looking great and would definitely recommend Wren to others!

Buying a kitchen is not easy. The Wren experience gives you ideas in store, and tantalising offers in the same way as other chains such as DFS etc. The staff are always polite, and no doubt trained to an inch of their lives in the Wren way, which at time feels patronising. The store could benefit from better lighting, as samples taken away do look different in the home environment and even daylight. It would be good if a kitchen brand, without going totally bespoke, could do a design, build and project manage with all of the extras ie. electrical, gas and plumbing in one package and price.

Great design experience, good communication and our kitchen looks and functions great. Had some issues with a few key parts damaged and or missing from our agreed delivery date which meant a week's delay with getting our kitchen fitted. Luckily our fitter was flexible enough to work around these items and finished them on a later date. Although Wren were a little difficult to get hold of, once I talked to someone there was no difficulty in getting the items replaced. All in I'm happy with the service.

A great experience with Wren, right through from design inception, guided by the fabulous design guru Tonii Amory, to delivery. All contact was extremely positive both with Tonii and the team at Coventry and the team dealing with the actual delivery. We had to re-order a couple of parts which was really easy to do using the Wren app, the replacements came quickly and I was kept well informed re: delivery. Our fitter was impressed with ease of fitment and the plans provided. We were slightly worried about the action of a drawer, but this has improved with usage - think the rollers just needed "bedding in". Thank you team Wren and especially to Tonii for the time she spent with us finessing our design. I would recommend 100%

We heard some mixed reviews about Wren prior to seeking them out for a kitchen but having had our kitchen installed and having been through the post purchase process I can say that I would fully recommend Wren as a company. We canvassed all the different companies and the customer experience at Wren was second to none. Once we had all the kitchen mapped out we ordered all our appliances with the 15% discount available which was an absolute bargain. If you have any issues with Wren so long as you inform them, provide photos and are calm we've found nothing but excellent customer service. We had a problem with the delivery where our new table was scratched. Rang up wren, they responded with a phone call, one photo later we've received a full refund on the value on the table. Additionally, any parts that were damaged upon arrival were replaced without any hitch and done so quickly. ALL IN ALL, if you're still reading, Wren are a wonderful company and I wouldn't hesitate in choosing a kitchen from them. With the 4 years finance it's an affordable and sensible decision.

After sales is disappointing. Agent was very dismissive when having a discussion for additional kitchen cabinets. They seem to only like you before you first buy. ADVICE, make sure to buy the full kitchen at the first purchase because adding pieces is EXTREMELY expensive even though they make it sound easy and reasonable when they discuss it with you at the original purchase. We bought a 10 piece kitchen last year and then we wanted to add 3 pieces this year and the quote for the 3 pieces was half the price of the original kitchen price... shocking We have decided to find an alternative solution to the extra storage space we needed.

Right from the start we were treated very well, pleasant experience in the showroom, no pressure selling and product designed to fit well in to our kitchen. Wren units come in 50mm widths so able to make full use of the available space unlike some other suppliers. Bought built-up units to fit ourselves, very well packaged, no issues with anything. All fitted now and very pleased.

I have found my experience with Wren kitchens from start to finish highly professional. From the gentleman who measured my kitchen who came up with a solution regarding an understairs cupboard space which I would never of thought of. Mark the kitchen designer at Gallagher retail park Coventry who worked wonders designing our kitchen. Customer service communication was excellent regarding delivery date and time. I live on a one way terraced street where parking is a “nightmare” The delivery Drivers dealt with this issue professionally and calm. Wren Kitchens has planned our new kitchen in our extension. We noticed a mistake after the order was placed and we went to Wren Coventry and spoke to Mel, the assistant manager who, on the same day resolved the issue and amended the order. The kitchen units were delivered on time and the stonemasons surveyed, delivered and installed the worktops at the agreed time. I'm satisfied with the service at planning and happier that a problem was resolved quickly. It's how a company fixes a complaint that's a true reflection of the staff's commitment to good customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish thanks to Mark Spencer at the Coventry store. Mark was very experienced and knowledgable and gave some great advice when we was designing our new kitchen, he thought of things we hadn’t even thought of! Our kitchen was delivered on time and was installed by our own fitter. Our kitchen layout was designed numerous times to suit our taste and budget and Wren sales team advised patiently until we were happy. I marked Wren down 1 star because one of our panels had cracked paintwork, however an email to the customer service team and a replacement was sent out and the matter quickly resolved. Great experience from start to finish. Visited Coventry branch and Grahame created a perfect kitchen for me! Communications were good and delivery on time. Delivery drivers were very friendly and explained how labels on boxes work, which made assembly and installation much easier. Couple of small bits were missing from delivery (these things happen)...customer services were spot on and replacement items were delivered in no time. Can’t fault anything so far!

When we decided to do our kitchen wren kitchens was the only one in our mind as my sister had her kitchen done from wren about 2 years ago and we as a family overall happy with our experience. When we went to design our kichen in may this year, our designer Dal Shoker knew what exactly we had in our mind and he has designed a beautiful kitchen for us. Our kitchen was delivered mid September and the work has been completed by 3rd week of October..we did had few hiccups- few cabinets were faulty/ broken which wren was able to replace free of charge..the only thing i wasn't very satisfied was contacting customer service as it took more than 45minutes+ to get through each time when i attempted to contact customer service, taken out of this, i am overall happy so far with my experience with wren kitchens

Wren were absolutely brilliant from design through to installation, even when I wanted to order an extra cabinet, it was no problem for them, the fitters were superb, there attention to detail was second to none and anything extra was no bother to them, they were flexible and worked around my needs. Wow what a great kitchen. I visited many kitchen showroom and could not find anything I liked. However As soon as I entered the Wren showroom in Coventry I could not believe the amount of choice. There were so many to choose from. It was a nice touch to be greeted as soon as you entered the showroom. I originally had something in mind but found that is absolutely fantastic kitchen in Ocean Cyprus. It was not at all what I had originally in mind but this kitchen just blew me away. The manager assisted us and was great, so helpful and knowledgeable. It is a shame that he has now moved to another store. Well we ordered our kitchen and designer was ok but as I knew exactly what I wanted it did not matter that he was just ok.I changed the design with a few minor alterations before paying the balance and that was no problem. Designer originally wanted me to put a corner cupboard in a space where there was a waste pipe and I said I did not want this as the unit would need to be cut to fit and it would be difficult to access the back. I just wanted a void in this area. Luckily the surveyor came out and he agreed with me. My kitchen arrived on the date agreed and was well packaged and delivery men were very good. I did not use Wren kitchen fitters, I used ones that our builder had previously used. They were excellent and commented on the excellent quality of the units. Love the glass sides in the deep drawers. It was also great that I could get a 1200 ml wide worktop for my breakfast bar , so no joins. My kitchen is fabulous and my friends and relatives have all said it has the wow factor. We have Ocean Cyprus high gloss wall units and tall oven housing units, China blue high gloss base units, Ocean Cyprus worktops and backsplash. It is so different but so special. Only one item missing an end panel that was delivered within a few days of me phoning to report the missing item. No items were damaged. There were too many decor panels due to the overzealous designer. However a call to customer services resulted in me receiving a refund for these panels. Have recommended to all my friends.

A very well layed out showroom with friendly staff. However I was not very confident in the abilities of the kitchen planner/designer as he appeared to be squeezing cupboards into spaces where they obviously wouldn't fit and manipulating the computer graphics accordingly. At one point he even moved a wall (on the computer plan) to accommodate the kitchen cabinet. We were less than impressed and worried that when our kitchen units arrived that they wouldn't fit into the space. Needless to say, we went somewhere else.

Raj at the Coventry store was magnificent, I was very pleased with his level of empathy, I love my Yellow kitchen - the units are strong and the fitter said how impressed he was with them, however i have had to have 2 doors replaced as they had split on the corner seams, the 2nd time although i was told i would be charged which i was not happy about.
