Highly recommend Wren for measuring (completely worth having them come out to measure accurately), planning, choice and quality of kitchens. Thrilled with transformation/modernisation of our kitchen so we now have increased storage and functionality as everything is in a more convenient place. After 3 months, kitchen still looks like new - cleans so easily; no scratches or marks on graphite sink unlike previous stainless steel one. Worktop leaves no watermarks. Quality of units far greater than other 'well-known names'. A couple of doors were damaged but easy to order replacements online; quickly received. used our own fitter, who commented on comprehensive plans and great labelling on boxes so easy to fit. Great service all round and great value for money - looks like it cost for more than it did!

Excellent from start to finish. Only popped into the store whilst passing on a Sunday afternoon but booked survey whilst there. Surveyor was prompt and very detailed. Designer Nathan couldn’t do enough for us and offered multiple appointments to bottom out the final design but we only needed a couple before everything was finalised. After that the Wren app took care of everything else including keeping us up to date with delivery times. Delivery was on time and drivers were great putting down blankets as delivery took place on a wet January day. Fitted the kitchen myself and full fitting kit and instructions were included. No problems with quality over the past few months. Would highly recommend.

Very covid conscious and made us feel welcome and safe during our design consultation. We had never bought a kitchen before and our designer was very kind in explaining the pros and cons of decisions we had to make. We are yet to have a fitting, but the service and price so far has been excellent. May go to a 5 star rating if this all goes well.

Purchased from Wren Derby in Feb, Had Nathan as our designer. He was really professional and had a great knowledge of product which really helped with our design. Nothing was to much effort for him. Kitchen is really nice quality and all delivered on time. I couldnt be happier with the service and the product. The whole experience from start to finish was impressive and without hassle, even despite covid19 causing delays. The design process was great, especially viewing the kitchen in augmented reality at the showroom with the designer. Delivery of the kitchen was also impressive, really friendly staff who did well to get everything off the lorry in seriously hot weather. The payment plan and aftercare has been great, overall the experience of buying a kitchen was made to be pretty much stress free and without hassle. 32833976.

Initially fantastic, I have had issues which have been resolved but its so difficult to speak to someone, I understand the current situation .my kitchen so far is beautiful, however some units which are generic and can be used in different situations there should be holes for the hinges and fir others maybe just 1 or 2 holes for screws or rods. The aftercare tho is really good to resolve issues

Really happy with my wren experience. The design team were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and the whole process was very detailed to create the perfect kitchen. A special thanks to Lisa who was great at capturing what we wanted. The delivery process was very good and drivers very friendly. The only negative is that the cupboard doors were not packaged well so we had some chips but wren did replace them with no fuss. Hoping this was a one off and that the kitchen will last. Overall very happy and would recomend wren to anyone wanting the perfect kitchen

Having experienced so much poor service and salespersonship in many kitchen centres, it was quite refreshing to visit Wren Kitchens in Derby this morning. They are not at all pushy, however friendly, experienced and knowledgeable staff are on hand to help if you ask for it. The showroom in Derby (which opened about 2 years ago) is huge and has lots and lots of well displayed kitchens for you to look at. The kitchen units come fully assembled too, so no flatpacks to construct - therefore cutting the price of the joiner you pay to fit your kitchen, as the job will be completed faster ! Well worth a visit.

We found Wren kitchens to be great to deal with from design through to completion of installation. Our kitchen is on the first floor as we have a town house. This caused no issues and there were no complaints due to everything going up stairs!! Our installers were very helpful and did a great job, and clearly took pride in the job. Very happy customer!! Recently purchased our new kitchen from wren. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The kitchen is of high quality and the staff that helped us design and plan our kitchen were really friendly and full of knowledge. They even had entertainment for the children whilst we planned our kitchen. Delivery was fast and on time Nd delivered to a room of our choice in the house. After sales team were also brilliant. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. The virtual reality room is brilliant allowing you to see your kitchen come to life.It really gives you a good sense of how your kitchen will be. It was great for us as we were having some building work done i.e removing a wall and opening our kitchen up. Seeing it in VR was great to help us work out what we wanted where and we could really get a feel for how much space we were going to have when the job was completed. It was much better than looking on a computer screen. The delivery was good and on time and the delivery guys were careful. We didn't have Wren installers so can't review that. But everything else was fantastic everything fit as it should, and the whole kitchen is very good quality.

Although the whole process from the start to finish took quite some time we could not fault the service we received. The delays were a reflection of how busy Wren are. Luckily we were looking to book in Jan and fit in the summer. We were well supported in the designing of the kitchen and when we changed our mind about any detail the team were very patient and helpful. We never felt pressured. Fitters were lovely and hard working. Wren liaised with all the workmen and templaters so we didn't have to project manage. Things that were outside of Wren's control did go wrong but they immediately did all they could to rectify the issues. Can't thank then enough for our wonderful new kitchen

Being new, the Derby showroom is very impressive. We bought our kitchen during a 50% sale and consider we paid a good price for all the units and all appliances. The showroom staff were always friendly and helpful except we weren’t offered a second vr session where we might have picked up the one mistake in the design. However, everything was put right and we love our new kitchen.

From the moment we walked into Wren kitchens Derby we felt at ease & under no pressure from the sales assistants. Although I had a good idea of how I wanted our kitchen to look the designers were helpful in ensuring it would be practical too. We had quotes from B&Q, Howden’s & an independent kitchen supplier. We chose Wren as they were the only one who truly listened to what I wanted & the fact that they were cheaper was the icing on the cake!

Came for an appointment for a kitchen fitting, the staff were all super friendly (Claire and Jordan, especially) also very patient and the units were very nice. They also have a VR room for you to visualise your fitting as you go through the process of designing your kitchen!

Wren are good only up until they have a contact signed and have your money... they wont even change the taps or door handles even when you have over 4 weeks for delivery once you have paid in full...
