Having had our Kitchen refitted by EKCO and been delighted with the results we had no hesitation in having EKCO back to refit our cloakroom. The whole process was very easy and straightforward - from the initial visit to assess the job, the design and subsequent design discussion through to the actual fitting. EKCO are able to attend to all aspects of the refit including the flooring, re-plastering of the ceiling and any electrical fittings so the relevant contractors are available when they are needed, which makes the whole process extremely smooth and timely. EKCO has access to a wide range of quality sanitary ware, furniture and fittings which means they can price jobs to suit a range of budgets. All the EKCO contractors and fitters we have had dealings with have been extremely professional and friendly - they work to a very high standard. We have recommended EKCO to our friends and neighbours and would have no hesitation in having them back to refit our en-suite and bathroom when the time comes.

updated - second kitchen with EKCO. Couldn't be happier! 5* service! EKCO have been amazing every step of the way. We were looking for a new kitchen during lockdown as we had a bit more time on our hands. Rather than a contemporary design we wanted to go for a more traditional style. At the time they were offering virtual consultations and we were shown a new range from masterclass. The installation started this week and although there are few little finishes to sort it's coming together nicely and the Shelford by Masterclass is beautiful I think we chose really well. I will complete my review in the next week or so. But anyone considering EKCO for their kitchen don't hesitate they're a really lovely bunch.

Absolutely fantastic service from EKCO who supplied made to measure bi-fold doors and matching external kitchen door. Beautifully made product, high spec, delivered early and took great care to ensure that we were happy with the product and installation. I had an wonderful experience working with the Ekco team on my new kitchen and bathroom. From the initial meeting throughout the whole design process and then the installation itself. The designers were friendly and created exactly what I was after, the installers did a great job and were very neat and professional. We have chosen EKCO twice in the past year or so - firstly to upgrade the kitchen and secondly for bifold doors. We experienced a great service from initial discussions through to after sales. Communication was excellent each time and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. EKCO were recommended to us and we have recommended them to others. EKCO did such a wonderful job building our garden room which we use as an office we decided we would get them back to updated our date uPVC windows. We went for a black aluminium doors and windows with a low profile design and not only do they look incredible but they are much better at retaining heat. Customer service was a stand out point and we will be definitely using them again.

Thank you EKCO for helping us out right before Christmas when our original supplier let us down last minute. We cannot thank you guys enough as it meant we could enjoy our Christmas with family and friends in our new extension. We received our quotation promptly which was very competitive against others we had received, their site survey was very informative as we discovered a couple things which our original supplier missed, the lead time was very quick and the installers were absolutely outstanding - you could tell they were very passionate about their job. We were updated by the office at every stage of our order which was nice to know everything was in hand. We look forward to working with EKCO again once we are ready to renovate our bathroom and ensuite. Highly recommend :-)

We had a new en-suite bathroom designed and installed. EKCO provided a professional service from start to finish. We had a few issues with a leak and EKCO dealt with this in a really positive and professional manner.

Great service and even better aftersales service This review is long overdue. We purchased bifold doors from EKCO for the back of our house a few years ago, and at the time of purchase we were impressed with them. They gave us fantastic service and provided a high quality product,.....however this is only half of the story! This review praises their after sales support as much as anything. A few years down the line we had an issue with our product, we contacted EKCO hoping that the follow up support would be as good as the sales support. We received a prompt response and Craig and his colleagues at EKCO reacted positively helping us resolve our issue. We'd recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing bifold doors - not just for the service but for their aftercare support and professionalism.

Ekco helped us design a terrific kitchen and installed it quickly and effectively. The fitters were nice guys, turned up on schedule and left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day. Small things like wearing overshoes to protect the carpet were appreciated and helped keep stress levels down. The Pronorm cabinets and worktop, and Siemens appliances are all good quality. Ekco also provided excellent aftercare when we had a couple of minor problems develop. Overall, I'd highly recommend ekco for your project.
