Excellent service from start to finish, including drawings of gates before manufacture for client approval. Any changes requt were accommodated. Packing for transportation was first class, custom made. Final product was of the highest quality. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Ordered 2 tall garden gates. Ordering and delivery went without a hitch being supported all the way by Martin to ensure correct needs. Worked very much to my timetable which meant that I was able to go on holiday before delivery. The gates were of excellent quality materials and the finish is of the highest standard. Fitting took me, a DIY enthusiast, 3 hours to have them fitted and the envy of my neighbours. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Their customer service was fantastic - particular name check to Connor who kept me updated throughout. He talked me through the whole process of measuring and explaining how they would fit - I had never done it before and was a little nervous. He answered all my idiotic questions and responded very quickly to all enquiries. The gate looks fantastic - so good I am now considering ordering another one for the other side of our courtyard. They took a while to arrive but that was down to Covid and I was updated throughout the process. The delivery was on the day notified and the delivery man was very pleasant and helpful.

The quality of my new gates are amazing. They were so quick to instal and the process was very straight forward. I got to pick every detail of my gate and I am so happy with the end result. We get compliments on them all the time and a few of our neighbours have now used this company for their own home. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I shopped around at a few gate manufacturers before plumping tentatively for gates Scotland, when you are looking to spend over a thousand pound on a set of gates there is always going to be some nervousness, this was quickly dispelled in my first phone call to them, instantly put my mind at ease with their product knowledge, the guys in the office Connor and mike were very communicative throughout the process checking and double checking my requirements sending drawings etc. The gates were delayed by quite some time by COVID but I’m not going to hold these guys responsible as everything has been delayed to some extent. The gates arrived two days ago wow ! Just oozing quality and absolutely bomb proof , I fitted them with the help of my son, I have basic DIY abilities and as long as you measure everything twice it’s doable . WARNING these gates are very heavy I’d estimate 40-50 kilos per gate so make sure you have plenty of muscle to help. All round great service and value from a great company, I’d highly recommend them. I ordered gates from Gates & Automation Direct just after the first lockdown, I was really impressed with both the quality of the gates and the helpful communication from one of their employees named Paul. Although the order was slightly delayed due to a backlog with the galvanisers they used, this was because of the pandemic and in no way the fault of Gates and Automation Direct. They did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the order status and after care for my gates. Again, I’m really impressed with the build-quality of the gates I received. They are taking pride of place on my driveway and I would be happy to recommend Gates & Automation Direct to anyone.
