We or rather I decided I wanted to go with Wren. They wouldn’t let us down with no shows? We had 2 missed appointments both last minute ,1 delivery of a replacement door and the first template appointment,this really held us up by 4 days. Due to delays,when the worktops went in it was a Friday which meant we had no sink for the whole weekend,the installation team who are meant to help us didn’t. I requested at the beginning if we could be prioritised due to our Autistic son,they didn’t rush anything,in fact the Quartz worktops took the full 3 weeks to be installed party due to delay at template stage,second appointment went well with Phil. Rebekah kitchen designer was always on hand and reassuring, the workmen were all great. I wish I could give 5 as I’m really pleased with my kitchen but a few things knock 2 stars off.

Absolutely Fantastic Service given by Rebeka. We did not plan to finalise matters let alone pay a deposit when visiting the store however Rebeka's excellent customer service and her genuine kind nature to try and give us the kitchen we wanted in the price braket we wanted changed everything. I would highly recommend for people to ask for Rebeka if you truly want someone who would go out of their way to save you money where ever you possibly can and give you honest advice. 100 % satisfied. We has visited another Wren store and got our designs made up however did not receive the personal touch and care we were after which Rebeka fulfilled for us and answered all the questions. Top quality service and a very happy customer.

I had Great experience with wren kitchens customer service, well looked after and experience on designing kitchen was really good, so 5 🌟 solid stars.!!! When it comes to material and quality Probably 3 stars only ,after carefully unpacking one uf the corners was cracked and few other scratches,missing screws too, and there is no point to phone and ask for replacement in my case, kitchen got to be built, joiner is haired for weekend and therz no way back. Thats my experience so hope it helps

Wren Kitchens Order Number 36152729: We were particularly pleased with the helpful service with our kitchen design which we received from David Chan in Glasgow. He was really patient and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen delivery was on time (actually a tad early in the day at 7 a.m.!) and the fitting was really efficient...again, with a very helpful fitter. The only slight hitch was that the wrong sink was delivered, but was soon rectified, and also the oven wasn't available, but we bought a different one from Currys easily. All in all, I would recommend Wren Kitchens.

We decided to go for it and get a new kitchen. We booked an appointment for the first day after lockdown and went to the showroom. The choices were plentiful but we fell in love with our choice within 5 mins, you just know don't you. Our kitchen designer was Craig and he was wonderful. He helped us to get exactly what we wanted. From a fancy tap to a pull out larder the choices we had were perfect for us and now we are set for the years ahead. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens.

Wren kitchens delivered my new appliances and cupboards one Sunday morning, I thought eeeek there seems a lot of stuff !!! Monday morning bright and early the fitters arrived and soon my old kitchen was out on the front garden. Then the new kitchen was fitted in with the men working none stop all day and clearing up each evening. By Friday morning it was done. ( I do have rather a large kitchen) Everything was tidy and cleaned up and the fitters left . Monday morning a large van appeared and every scrap of the old kitchen was removed . I cannot praise Wren and the fitters enough.

I recently bought a Wren Kitchen and I'm delighted with it. Right from the planning stage the advisor was very knowledgeable about different unit combinations and storage solutions. Together we designed a great kitchen. We are quite discerning consumers and don't like to waste money. We sourced all our kitchen appliances online and Wren price matched them. This meant that all our kitchen and appliances arrived together. There were a variety of checks to ensure that we had the correct installation instructions. We opted for a kitchen fitter who was cheaper however, in retrospect I wish we had paid the extra and went with Wren's fitters. We had a couple of issues with scratches and these were dealt with very promptly with the minimum of fuss. I'm delighted with our kitchen and after having researched the market for about 6 months prior to purchasing I think it provides value for money. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Staff were fab, I recommend Ross the kitchen designer he was great. Very happy with our new kitchen it really looks beautiful and good value. Although 3 of our doors arrived damaged from delivery they sent replacements within a few weeks, but one of the replacement doors arrived damaged so we are currently waiting for a replacement for that. Just very time consuming, frustrating getting fitter back and two more times for too there mistake and it's delayed things getting finished.

Really pleased with our kitchen. Great quality units and competitive price. Great choice of colours and design and showroom staff were very helpful. We used our own fitters and sourced our own worktops which were much cheaper than the ones Wren could offer. A couple of minor issues were sorted out by the customer service centre with minimal fuss. I would be happy to recommend Wren.

Order no. 32947678 Our experience with Wren was great from start to finish. We placed our order with Ross in the Great Western Retail Park, Glasgow. Ross was patient, understood our needs and nothing was a bother for him, even when we changed my minds on some of the kitchen design. We live on the Isle of Skye, so thought there may be some issues when it came to delivery, etc. On the contrary, the delivery team kept us informed and delivered when they said they would. We had a couple of doors with slight imperfections. Once again this was dealt with speedily and without hesitation. From designing, placing the order, delivery and fixing small issues, we had a great experience with all the staff we came into contact with. We would not hesitate to recommend Wren and especially Ross at Great Wwstern Retail Park, Glasgow.

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a kitchen. Staff are so friend and genuinely care about finding you the right kitchen rather than just squeeze the most out the sale. My partner & I just bought our first house and we’re looking to renovate the kitchen without spending a arm and a leg as this isnt our “forever home”. The staff were super understanding to this and ensured they got us the best deal for the budget we had in mind. There were zero pushing or anything we didn’t need or looking to get more from us. Delivery were perfectly on time too and everything was delivered without a hitch. We also had to change a plan to our kitchen and possibly had on some splash back. We revisited the store and again the staff gave us options but seen that they didn’t seem to suit what we wanted so gave us impartial advice on other ways we can make our kitchen look great. Outstanding, down to earth service from people that genuinely care!

We bought a Wren kitchen in Aug 2017. We had a specific design and shape in mind and although it was a bit unusual, John Williams in the Glasgow showroom took time to work it all out to get exactly the look we wanted. The kitchen was delivered as planned and has been in place for a few months now. It looks great and we are very happy with the quality. Great price too.

Good quality kitchens but horrific after sales service. Still waiting for a replacement for a faulty drawer to be sent out, they don't seem to care. Endless phone calls and emails and still nothing. Go to Howdens it's much less headache.

On our visit to pay the final balance we had a last minute change request which we thought might be too late.
