My experience with Wren was outstanding. I had several appointments with designer, and each one lasted for hours. Liam, the desinger was very professional who gave me great advice and most importantly, he was very patient and knowledgeable. Once sealed the design the delivery was on time and all units arrived are clearly labeled. We were lucky that we didn't have any damaged or missing items. Worktop measurements and delivery was also on schedule. Our new kitchen now looks stunning, we coouldn't recommend enough of Wren.

Firstly the Covid19 measures are all in place with hand sanitizer everywhere, routes and direction markers in place, masks free issued at the door, etc. Very impressed with that. All the staff are very friendly and although polite and ask if you need assistance, if you say you just want to look around, they leave you alone! There are loads of examples of every different kitchen feature and appliance as well as loads of built kitchen examples to give you ideas and proposals. We have not yet used the design appointment service and will update when I do but very impressed so far!

I had a kitchen designed by Wren, the designer was super lovely and she made recommendations which saved me money and made good suggestions. I needed a replacement piece which was super easy to arrange and arrived the next day. My kitchen looks amazing and was great value for money. I would highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the professional planning and design process. Luke, our designer, was very experienced and made lots of very useful suggestions. The kitchen was delivered on time and stored neatly in our garage until the fitters were ready to start . The fitters were both friendly and professional and did a first class job. The kitchen is of excellent quality apart from the back panel of one of the cupboards where some of the surface has chipped off. However, this may be partly our own fault for putting plates back into the cupboard a bit too enthusiastically.

Plenty of showroom space, and options available. Staff are attentive without being too much. Easy to park and access. Good selection of kitchen units, finishes and appliances.

We had excellent service from Wren Kitchens throughout the whole process of planning, designing and installing. There was always someone available to discuss progress at Gloucester showroom and to make amendments if necessary before the final stage.
Our kitchen was fitted by a local craftsman, Mark Buckley, who was chosen by Wren Kitchens for our installation . His work was superb - every attention to detail and very polite.
We would not hesitate to recommend Wren to anyone in the area who is considering a new kitchen. We are delighted with it, especially the quality of the units which was also commented upon by our fitter.
An all round positive experience and thumbs up.

We have a 10 year old new build style town house. The ground floor is open plan and we use it as a kitchen-dining room-front room. The kitchen area was a very bare minimum design. A kitchen unit stuck out into the middle of the room and one wall was empty except for small radiator which we never used. It wasn't fit for purpose when we started a family.
We spent quite some time with the kitchen designer trying to make the most of the space we had. We then put on a virtual reality helmet to see how the space was used. The virtual reality helmet was not really my thing but it sold the design to me. It showed me the kitchen wasn't too narrow as I feared as we had really packed a lot into the available space.
I was quite anxious when it came to fitting as I hadn't spent this amount of money on home improvements before. The old design was a U shape against 2 walls and into the room and the new design was a U shape along 3 walls with appliances in new places throughout. It wasn't a simple unit replacement. In the end the kitchen fitter was very capable and he planned well with the plumber and the electrician. The plumbing and electrics cost extra on top of the kitchen which was always explained and the cost was inline with the local cost of plumbing and electric services. At the end of the 5 day fitting Wren phoned to make sure everything was fine. 2 shelves were missing and they were shipped to us quickly.
The kitchen looks fantastic with a premium understated finish so it blends well with the rest of the room. We have about triple the storage space and more floor space. It turned out to be exactly what we hoped it would be the day we sat down with the designer. After living with the kitchen for 6 months there is nothing I would change about it.
