I ordered a wallpaper mural online. It was delivered quickly, and I was kept informed, but unfortunately it was damaged while in the post. I contacted them and they were so gracious about it. As soon as I was able to email them photos of the damage they dispatched me a new one straight away, again keeping me informed. Buying off the internet is convenient, but it is great that traditional retailers can maintain excellent levels of customer care while competing with online-only companies. I will use Home Decor again as a result.
